Tuto neděli se FyzioHangar @fyziohangar účastnil soustředění české paralezecké reprezentace v Brně. 🧗‍♂️

Byla to skvělá příležitost předat praktické fyzioterapeutické know-how sportovcům, jejichž těla čelí specifické a velmi vysoké zátěži. Náš blok byl proto zaměřený na klíčovou součást tréninkového procesu a to efektivní regeneraci po závodech a náročných trénincích.

Velký respekt celému týmu za otevřenost, skvělou energii a chuť zkoušet nové věci. Těšíme se na další spolupráci! 🙌

My last youth competition 😢
And I’m so grateful it ended like this. For the past four years I struggled so much with my performance and now, finally, I was able to find my flow and regain some confidence! I did some mistakes in the routes but otherwise, I enjoyed it so much! I’m truly grateful, thank you! 💛

For this season, I had big dreams.
What could I achieve, where could I go, how far could I climb? I felt unstoppable.
After my first European Cup in Soure, I felt like my whole career had ended, like everything depended on that competition. And competition after competition, I became more disappointed and unmotivated. I started thinking that I wasn’t doing enough, that I needed to train more, and I started limiting myself in ways I never had before. I started feeling lost.
I’m still on the start, but hopefully on a right way to feel again like me, strong to fight and focused.
I’m really disappointed with how this season ended, because after all, I wanted to be able to say that I’m proud of myself. But right now, that’s something I can’t say at all. Maybe the result isn’t what I hoped for, and maybe I’m captable of more.
Maybe it had to happen so I could find myself again. A piece was missing and I’m gonna do everythink to work on this piece to became what I want to be.
Taking little break right now. To heal my tired body and bring back joy from everything I do, even though it’s hard right now. Because for the first time, I wasn’t climbing because I had to train. I was climbing because I was happy there.
I’m gonna be back — hopefully stronger

I didn't expect a good result because the wall angles were completely against me. Qualis didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. The first route was really sketchy and I almost fell near the start, but I managed to pull off a solid result. Before the second route, I thought I had messed up, but it turned out fine. On that second route, I was quite hesitant about the crux slab move where over 30 people fell. I cruised through the crux but fell going for a jump into a good crimp. I wasn't happy about it because I knew I could have done better.

In the finals, everything went wrong. My warm-up ended 15 minutes earlier than it should have, so I didn't get properly pumped up. Then on the final route, my brain just wouldn't fight through the pump, and I fell on a hard move into a pinch. I finished 5th due to countback, which was really disappointing.

I'll come back with a stronger mindset.

✨european championship Laval✨
Few mistakes cost me a lot but even so, im happy that i was able to be there and i enjoyed the comp as always 🐶

This was probably my proudest comp climb of this season 👌 The semifinal route in Laval 🇫🇷 It was an extreme route with very sketchy and low-percentage moves down, and then very physical, power-endurance climbing where I just gave it my all and fell off completely exhausted ☝️

Maybe actually too exhausted to put up a really good fight in finals 🤔 The moves where a lot of people fell off were at 01:41 and 01:18. @albertogines_ added 2 more moves above me 👊

CZ 🇨🇿:

Tohle byl asi můj nejvíce vydařený výkon závodní sezóny 👌 Semifinálová cesta v Lavalu 🇫🇷 Extrémní cesta s dost riskantními a obtížnými kroky v dolní části a následně velmi fyzicky náročným lezením vyžadujícím silovou vytrvalost, kde jsem do toho dal úplně všechno a spadl totálně hotový ☝️

Možná jsem se vlastně možná až příliš vydal na to, abych ve finále podal opravdu dobrý výkon 🤔 Kroky, při kterých padalo dost lezců, jsou v časech 01:41 a 01:18. @albertogines_ přidal přidal ještě o 2 kroky na víc 👊

9th place finish at WS in Koper🤩💫
Had one of the best days competing on Friday! Can’t remember the last time I felt so strong, flowy and could enjoy every moment on the wall🥹. Still I would have liked to leave more of a fight in the semifinal, but ending right behind the top 8 advancing to final definitely makes me hungry for more❤️‍🔥.
As always grateful for my coach @jan.caj , @hudysport and @olympcsmv for supporting me🫰🏻. Also to my family and friends🫶🏻.
The build up to these comps was pretty exhausting so I’m looking forward to taking a few days to rest and soak it all in💆🏻‍♀️.

WC in Koper ❌❌

It ended much earlier for me than I would have wished. I just wasn’t feeling like myself on the wall, and every move felt heavy. Even so, I’m glad I managed to push those feelings aside and give it everything I had in that moment. There are definitely lessons to take away.
In the end, it was enough for 26th place.
•
Most of all, I’m so happy for @misa_smetanova_ she handled it all amazingly and climbed just the way I know she can!

Now I’m looking forward to a few moments of rest before getting right back to work. 🫡
