Pour yourself a glass🍷 and tune into Physical Therapist Gil Halfon’s tips on how to relieve TMJ pain.

➖2 simple TMJ Exercises to relieve stiffness➖
✖️Use a wine cork or similar sized object to roll the cork side to side to perform lateral deviation, and forward and back to perform protrusion and retrusion.
✖️Your goal is to move the cork slowly and smoothly within a pain-free range.
✖️Perform this exercise 30 times to each side twice a day to relieve pain and stiffness.

Couple weeks ago the entire Evolve team was invited to participate in a continuing education course on Temporomandibular Joint and Muscle disorders (TMJDs). Thank you to Physical Therapist Michael Karegeannes from @freedomptservices for flying all the way from Wisconsin✈️!

Some precious moments from my birthday that luckily were documented. I am so late I know, but who cares hehe, I am doing that instead of studying.. I love every person in here, thank you for being part of me getting older 👵🏻❤🙏🏼💐🪐

I recently finished my last clinical rotation which completed my coursework @hunter_collegedpt . I have had the best classmates ever. The people in these photos will always be in my heart. Here are just a few of my favorite memories since we met in 2017. I could only choose 10 pics and 20 tags per IG. Congratulations class of 2020! 🍾🎉🎈
