This is why I do all this 💪🏻

The early mornings, the training, the hard sessions, the races, the days when I really can’t be arsed — it’s all worth it for moments like this.

Getting to share it with my gym mates, my girlfriend and, most importantly, my son makes it even more special.

The flag is cool, the podium is cool, the PB is cool… but having the people who support you there to share it with is what it’s really about.

This is why I keep turning up. 🏁

First race of the season

The hardest thing I’ve ever done, the heat was so intense and I wanted to give up so many times

Clint saved the day at the end doing 95 wall balls 🫠

Thank you to the best support @nextlevelliverpool & my coach @wdmcoaching 🙌🏃🏽‍♀️

@ultimateathlete_ Liverpool, First time racing a doubles with @clintonbottrell 👴👨‍🦳team little and large.

Happy with that considering I’ve been injured for months and still making my way back to full fitness. Looking forward to seeing what we can achieve at Hyrox Milan later this year 🇮🇹

Thanks for everyone’s support from @nextlevelliverpool and especially my @_leanne.burgess_ and @sarahbottrell067 💚

Keep building back to full fitness ahead of the Manchester Half in October 🏃‍♂️

120 Wall Balls

Had the pleasure of judging some incredible athletes as well as stupidly agreeing to solo race!! I also apologise for anyone who had to see my sweaty tits

I always say it, anyone who does solo is either fit as fuck or mental. I’m the latter 🤣🙌🏻 I felt comfortably uncomfortable until them fucking wall balls man! Fuck them and fuck anyone who likes them 🤣 in a stacked division with some animals - @coachniallo @john_completefitness @joey_sportsmassage @____meatball______

@adamjkavanagh @positive_pt this was incredible and the small details didn’t go unnoticed. Yous have smashed it and I’m excited to see where you can take this 🙌🏻🔥

Boss to see other fucking incredible athletes throw it down too. Proper stacked day. @rachgibbo @megangibbo @reecegiiles @joelpoole.fitness @chloeberry_17 @siany85xx @fiercefitness_bycarly @clintonbottrell @john_concordiaclinic @kellybretherton1980 @joeferguson_97

✨ Honestly, Life can feel heavy sometimes - work, families, health and everything in between.

But this morning reminded me how powerful the right environment is. 5am run with people who push me to be better, followed by a 6am Hyrox session that left me feeling strong, capable and happy.

Surround yourself with the kind of energy that makes you grow. It changes everything. 🫶🏼
