I’ve transformed my Kali Linux terminal on the uConsole into a semi-autonomous AI assistant. Project Neuromancer isn’t just a chatbot. It’s a system-integrated Agent (powered by Google Gemini) that takes human directives and autonomously builds complex BASH chains. 💻🔥
What can it do?

✅ Writes & executes system scripts and GUI tools (only after your explicit [y/n] authorization).

Radar update!

Built a live sensor-fusion display: 360° LiDAR (FHL-LD19) + 24GHz mmWave radar (RD-03D) on an ESP32-S3, streamed over WiFi to a Clockwork Pi uConsole running Python/Pygame.

The debugging path was a rabbit hole: mirrored point clouds, a 90° rotation offset, CRC errors from a Serial-print bottleneck starving the UART buffer, radar frames silently dropping under WiFi congestion. Fixed it all with a compact binary protocol instead of JSON, a non-blocking radar config sequence, and properly sized UART buffers.

Now it runs clean — zoomable live radar/LiDAR overlay, real-time target tracking, distance rings, the works.

Sometimes the “one small bug” is really five bugs in a trenchcoat.

Finally got the ESP32S3 mounted inside the uConsole. If you're planning to do the same, you just need to solder 5V, GND, D+ and D- to the ESP32. I'd definitely recommend using the Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32S3—it's compact, fits perfectly inside the uConsole, and has been working great for me so far. 🔧⚡

If you’re looking for an affordable alternative to the Arduino I stumbled upon @northworkslab by chance. He uses the same sensor, but with a Raspberry Pi. So, for anyone who has a Raspberry Pi or a uConsole lying around: this tracker works with those, too!

The XIAO ESP32-S3 (with the RD-03D attached) now runs as its own WiFi access point instead of connecting to a host device. It reads the radar, clusters targets within 1m of each other into a single point, and broadcasts the merged data over UDP — any device connected to its network automatically receives the stream, no fixed IP configuration needed.
