Rolling start week 4

Week 1: they knew two sweeps and the goals of jujitsu
Week 2: better positions and sweeps and their first submissions
Week 3: submissions from mount
Week 4: escaping mount

Four weeks. Eight sessions. Most of them had never set foot on a mat before September.

The techniques are the easy part to show. The harder thing to explain is the change in how they carry themselves walking in the door, and that’s been the bigger shift by a mile. From nervous beginners to a part of the crew.

Halfway through. Four weeks left. 🥋

It’s been a solid few weeks with clients working through different levels of striking and mma based grappling.

For competitors, starting to see improvements across the board by implementing simple but effective ways to use techniques in a live environment.

Outside of competitors I am starting to see major improvements in those who enjoy both getting fit and being around a great environment in @mmacork .

If you are interested in sessions drop me a message and we’ll work on making a plan tailored for you 👌

Exciting news coming soon also .. stay tuned 👀
