🎧 Libre écoute + playlist détaillée + chronique : solenopole.com ----------------------------------- CHRISTOPHE BAILLEAU O’FARRELL: TURNING FRACTURE INTO MOTION In Blender Session 75, Christophe Bailleau O’Farrell has no interest in smoothing the edges. He plugs them straight into the current. With “Tergiverse”, taken from Mind Is That Sky My Goth, the French-Belgian artist turns fever, exhaustion and rupture into sonic matter: damaged acousmatics, unstable electronics, fractured bass, gothic ghosts and short-circuited visions. Here, machines breathe sideways. Sounds scrape, split, stumble. And somewhere inside the noise, a strange light keeps glowing. Healing does not calm the storm — it teaches us how to move through it. Featured in Solénoïde – Blender Session 75, currently airing across our 30 partner radios until September 20. So happy to finally share this! 🎧✨ It was a real pleasure putting this mix together for Ivo and Mahorka label. “His / Hers” bridges the worlds of EC Underground and Mahorka, blending recent favorites from Ivo’s catalog with ECU releases and some unreleased gems (including a little sneak peek of what’s coming next with Yu Miyashita / Yaporigami). It felt so good to get back behind the decks and weave these tracks, moods and colours together. Mahorka and ECU clearly share some musical DNA, and crossing those borders is exactly what keeps this scene alive for me. Check out the full mix on Mixcloud. Link in comments.

--------------------------------- MAHORKA AT SOLÉNOPOLE — 12 ALBUMS, 4 REVIEWS… AND THE STORY CONTINUES. From Bulgaria to Solénopole, 12 releases generously offered by the Mahorka label have joined our ever-expanding field of sonic exploration. Four of them have already inspired full reviews, now available on solenopole.com (Sunken Cages, Philippe Blache, Grosso Gadgetto and Christophe Bailleau O’Farell). And the next journey has already begun: Internal Fusion is currently on the Solénopole listening desk, with a new review now being written. At Solénopole, records are not simply added to the shelves. They are listened to, explored, questioned and translated into words — and sometimes find their way into the sonic meanders of Solénoïde. A huge thank you to Mahorka for this generous collection of music and for the trust. 12 records. 4 reviews. A fifth one taking shape. And several unexplored territories still waiting ahead. @evil.petrov #mahorka #musiquesimaginogenes #radioshow #solenopole #dieppe #valdesaane

Christophe Bailleau O’Farrell :: Romantic, Visceral (Mahorka) https://igloomag.com/reviews/christophe-bailleau-ofarrell-romantic-visceral-mahorka #igloomag #reviews @daybeforeus.music "Romantic, Visceral is highly recommended for those who enjoy challenging music with semi-classical overtones and chilling stylistic pathways dominated by energetic electronic textures. Without neglecting its own originality and trippy, chameleon-like strength, this album stands as the missing link between Brendan Moeller, Burial, and Michel Portal."
