wow one week and just like that it’s over…😭

I traveled to my first international country solo to meet up with 16 other amazing women (and man) to volunteer in the beautiful town of Drake Bay, Costa Rica at a gorgeous place called Finca Ganadito. We all spent the week exploring the country, volunteering on their farm, and making so many amazing memories together.

This experience really brought together the sweetest travelers across the world from the UK to Canada and all over the states, people I never would’ve met had I caved into the outside opinions around me. I’ve always struggled with social anxiety and making friends, but I feel closer to these girls (and Aidan) than I ever could’ve dreamed of.💗

Thank you to Rob, @veggierebe, @__ffffeli , and @lunaposse__ for hosting all of us, and providing such great opportunities to explore the culture of your home.

Thank you to @emlaurelofficial for giving me the courage to say yes, the courage to leave the country, and the courage to travel solo. I feel truly blessed to have a little extra guidance from an experienced traveler who brought together so many amazing people in one place!

I love you all & come visit me in AK🫶🏻

here’s to week 2 exploring solo🥂
