POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Everyone waits for spring to buy a house…
and that might be exactly why fall is worth paying attention to. 👀🍂

Less competition.
More motivated sellers.
More opportunities to negotiate.
And yes — really good homes are still hitting the market.

The buyers who quietly make moves this time of year are often the ones who aren’t fighting the same crowds.

If buying in DFW is still on your 2026 list, don’t mentally write off October just because summer is over.

Your best opportunity might not look like everyone else’s.

DM me OCTOBER and I’ll send you what’s available in your price range. 🤍

Mortgage rates are always moving and affecting the market. Wonder how it’s affecting you? 🏡

That’s exactly why we sit down and strategize. Every client’s situation is different, and the right plan can make all the difference, especially when you’re buying before you sell.

In this session, we’re mapping out how our client can lock in their next home without the stress of timing two closings perfectly. No rushed sale, no temporary move, just a clear path forward.

Thinking about making a move but not sure where to start? Let’s talk strategy. 📲 Just shoot me a message and we can get the conversation started.

Spent this evening on Zoom with some future first-time homeowners, and I love these conversations. 🏡

Before anyone starts touring homes, we build the plan:
✅ A monthly payment that actually fits your life, not just the max you’re approved for
✅ A clear picture of your cash to close
✅ The right loan program and first-time buyer options for your goals

Buying your first home should feel exciting, not overwhelming. The right strategy up front makes all the difference.

Thinking about buying in the next year? Send me a message and let’s build your game plan. 👇

What an incredible day at the Duck Derby in Flower Mound! Seeing so many familiar faces, catching up with past clients and their families, meeting new families, and simply spending the day together is what events like this are all about.

Flower Mound is more than just a place we work, it’s a community we’re proud to be a part of and support.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, said hello, shared a laugh, and made today such a great one. This is why we do what we do. 🐥❤️

Also very special thank you to our amazing friends and partners over at Fairway Mortgage and the Aaron Bush Lakeside Team for providing the amazing YETI raffle prize.

I am over the moon for my clients who bought their first home yesterday! You have got a great home and I can’t wait to see your life grow together there 😍

They were referred to me from another wonderful past client of mine and I was able to find them this home that was actually off market at the time, after seeing just one other home. The home ultimately went into multiple offers and we still won the home for them! 🍾

Yes, Madison was a part of the closing celebrations… it doesn’t happen often but this is sometimes the reality of full time realtor and mom life 😅🤍

Sharing wins is hard for me. I see people online posting their record months and honestly, it makes me cringe.

We set a record last month too. But the number isn’t what I keep thinking about.

I keep thinking about the families who trusted us with the biggest decision of their lives and my team, who showed them the kind of care most people never see behind the scenes.

That’s the record I’m proud of.

Thank you to my team for doing this the right way, and to the families who trusted us. It was an honor.
