“I decided to challenge myself with a new genre in South Africa called 3-Step.” RMBO @tshepangramoba When we asked RMBO to choose a Kananayé track to remix, he picked Garibou and used it to explore a new sound for himself. What an honour! 🔥 Thank you RMBO for sharing a piece of your musical culture with us, and for creating this beautiful dialogue between West Africa and South Africa. 🫶 🪩 Garibou – RMBO Remix is out now. 🪩 GARIBOU – RMBO REMIX is OUT NOW! These images take us back to Tanzania 🇹🇿 and our 2025 Africa Tour, the journey that planted the seed for this Remix EP. Travelling and meeting artists, discovering new sounds along the way made us want to hear Kananayé differently too, through the ears of electronic producers from across the continent. RMBO @tshepangramoba , introduced to us by our good friend @nacheitdj , takes the voices, percussion and raw energy of Garibou straight towards the Johannesburg dancefloor. 🇿🇦🔥 A new soundtrack for some very good memories. Turn it up and tell us what you think! 🎧 Garibou – RMBO Remix (link in bio) — 🪩 GARIBOU – RMBO - TRST the DJ REMIX est DISPONIBLE !
