Prom!!

It was truly amazing, I am so lucky to be surrounded by so many incredible people who love me as I am. Nights like this are so mind blowing and wonderful to me because a year ago I would not have believed that I was home let alone that I got to go to prom. It may seem small to some but I gave up on the idea of a normal high school experience years ago, so when I get to spend a night in my dream dress, with the love of my life, my best friends, dancing and actually living my life instead of just trying to survive it, it means everything to me.

Everyone looked absolutely astounding, I love you all <33 also thank you to caylen and her mom for taking these insane photos!! (Sorry this is so late I always post things chronically late) #prom #prom2025 #partner #mylove #promdress #senioryear #mentalhealthawareness

Although the start was a little rocky (and even the beginning of tech week 😭) I had a great time working with all of these amazing people! My senior show was amazing and it was so much fun! I'm going to miss Troupe 5244 so much. I'll save the whole speech for the banquet, but right now all I can say is that I love all of you guys and I am so happy to have been given the opportunity to work with all these amazingly talented people.

This felt fitting as my first Instagram post, it’s my first time at state, and I couldn’t not post about this <3
I love you guys and I’m so grateful to be given a chance to be apart of such a wonderful troupe and to be accepted into this so late.

This has truly been a crazy experience. I honestly never thought I’d get a chance to go to state, it’s been my dream since freshman year to be apart of this troupe but when I got sick I gave up on a lot of dreams, including theatre. When I came back this year I had no expectation, only an insane (kinda scary) amount of passion and a love for theatre. I’m so grateful to the people in my scene, to my friends, my parents, to Raven, all accepting me and helping me get here. This has been such a journey, I honestly didn’t think this piece would make it to districts let alone get a superior at state, but we worked so hard and we made it, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am so proud of the scene we’ve created and how far it’s come, I’m so proud of us.
I would actually like to say something that I know sounds conceited but it’s taken me a long time to say anything like this and it a big thing for me;
I would like to thank myself. For putting my everything into this scene, for fighting so hard to get here,
For living through it to get to this moment (Phoebe Bridgers reference),
I would not be here if it wasn’t for me.
;
Ik this is long I’m sorry 😭 I honestly have so much more to say but I’ll leave it at this:
“F*ck you Agnes ☺️” #troupe5244 #theatre #floridastatethespians #state #superior #mentalhealthmatters

That’s a wrap on state 2025. I am going to miss everyone who went on this trip with me so incredibly much. Everyone made it so special and I don’t think I’ll ever have this much fun again.

I wish I took more photos on the trip but the memories will me with me forever
Thank you so much y’all
