SOUL SYNTHESIS. It's been a while since I've been to a small wholesome doof. There was a capacity of 60 people!! What! This was such a great intimate way to spend News Years eve eve. Thank you Mouat for organising💜⛺️🌈

Never underestimate the empowering effect of human connection. All you need is that one person who understands you, who believes in you, who supports you and loves you for what you are - to unfold the miraculous YOU. 💫

Now.. when that is multiplied tenfold and you have an entire tribe behind you, the magic and synergy is indescribable. 🙌🏾

I am pinching myself often as I am awe struck by the incredible community that I am so grateful to be a part of. I resonate so much with what my new friend Claudia said where I knew I would make new friends and connect with people but the extent to which we’ve developed deeply rooted relationships with one another, the trust that has come so naturally, the exchange in energy, love and light.. it has surpassed all intentions and expectations of meeting and spending time with people you’ve freshly met. It’s pretty hard to put into words but here is an attempt as I am overflowing with bliss that my human mind can barely fathom. 👁✨

The thing about this all is that we are not just friends at a festival but we spend time on the regular with each other in our daily lives. We do not practice these principles only when we are in these environments - we take what we learn and how we behave from these experiences and extend to our own routines and when we gather together, which makes these connections so much more powerful and meaningful. •
The past few weeks have been such a treat.. I’ve gotten to expand into new groups, bond with my Melb fam, reunite with my Sydney besties and brighten the flame within my fire tribe - all simultaneously!! I love you all so much and am grateful beyond words to have you in my life. ♥️
