✨Energy is shared. Energy is recycled.✨

What we pour into the world has a way of finding its way back to us. The energy we carry into a room…the words we speak…the way we treat others…and even the way we speak to ourselves…it all creates a ripple.

Every morning we have a choice.
We can wake up and let the weight of yesterday follow us into today, or we can pause, breathe, and consciously choose the energy we want to embody.

That doesn’t mean forcing positivity or pretending everything is perfect. It means choosing intention over reaction. Choosing gratitude over lack. Choosing kindness when we could choose frustration. Choosing to be the light we hope to experience.

Because energy is contagious. 🌞
What we give…we often receive. What we nurture…grows. What we put into the world has a way of being recycled back into our own experience.

So before you step into your day, ask yourself:

What energy do I want to carry today?
What do I want to create?
How do I want others to feel in my presence?

Set the tone. Protect your peace. Move with intention. And remember your own influence over the energy of your day than you may realize. 🌿✨

Choose your energy. Share it generously. Watch what comes back. 🌞💛

My hands are my most powerful tools.✨
In a world full of skincare tools and viral trends, I choose to lean into something deeper. As a Ayurvedic and classically trained master esthetician, I look at your skin through a specialized lens.

Skincare is an continually evolving science and art, which is why I am constantly continuing my education. Always studying the latest advancements and Ayurvedic techniques to bring the absolute best back to my treatment room. But through all my advanced training, the most profound tool I use will always be my hands.

At EarthBound Skin Therapy, touch isn’t just about applying product. My hands are sensing your skin’s temperature, assessing tissue health, and reading your body needs in real time.

Through mindful facial massage, Marma point therapy, and intentional touch, we don’t just treat the surface. We move stagnant energy, calm the nervous system, and stimulate your skin's natural ability to heal and glow from within.
Real skin transformation doesn’t always require a plug or a battery. Sometimes, it just requires presence, intuition, and deeply educated, trained touch.

Holistic wellness is the practice of caring for the whole person, recognizing that our skin is more than what we see on the surface. More than a part of our bodies. Our skin can simply be a reminder to invite ourselves to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and understand the relationship between our skin, our lifestyle, and our overall well being.

At EarthBound Skin Therapy, I bring together the wisdom of nature, Ayurvedic principles, and modern skin science to create personalized care that honors the individual, supports skin balance, and nurtures beauty from within.

This beautiful session was created by none other than my incredible new friend Katie @katieortizphoto you can rely on her to capture your vision and support your imagination.
