Low impact strength training

Adding bands around the ankles helps activate the side glutes — an area that can sometimes get overlooked during movements like squats and lunges, which tend to focus more on the back of the legs and glutes.

🚣‍♀️ The rower is one of the most effective full-body workouts you can do—combining cardio and strength training into one low-impact movement. Every stroke works multiple muscle groups while helping improve endurance, posture, and overall conditioning.

📢 Benefits of resistance band training:

✨ Targets and activates the side glutes
✨ Helps improve lower-body strength and stability
✨ Adds extra resistance without heavy weights
✨ Great for warm-ups, activation, or full workouts
✨ Beginner-friendly and easy to modify
✨ Portable and perfect for home or gym workouts
✨ Available in different tension levels to match your goals

Start light, stay low, and feel the burn side to side 🔥💪

Stronger legs start here

🦵 The leg press machine is one of the best ways to build lower-body strength while improving stability, endurance, and overall athletic performance. It targets the quads, glutes, hamstrings, and calves—all while offering more support and control than many free-weight movements.

Benefits of the leg press machine:
✨ Builds lower-body strength
✨ Helps grow and tone the legs & glutes
✨ Improves muscular endurance
✨ Supports better balance and stability
✨ Great for progressive overload
✨ Beginner-friendly and easy to modify
✨ Can help reduce pressure on the lower back compared to some standing lifts

Whether your goal is strength, muscle growth, or leveling up your fitness routine, the leg press deserves a spot in the workout rotation 💪
