My first con, the first time in this cosplay, and the first time taking photos of it! RCCC was so much fun and I am so grateful I got these photos of my cosplay from day 2!

This was the best RCCC experience we've ever had

Saturday: We had intended to meet @alantudyk who sadly had to cancel but we're still able to meet Tyler Labine @tlabine Who was just incredible 😩🤌🏻 Tucker and Dale is one of our all time favorite movies, getting to cosplay them was hysterical and so much fun 😂 As we were getting our autograph from Tyler, he points to his right and says "the director is right there if you want to meet him" no sign, no line, were like WHAT so we had the unexpected honor of also meeting @eli_craig we got both of their autographs and had the chance to see the movies concept storybook, sadly @just_anotherchris had to leave before getting to meet either of them, a line started forming behind us so we left hoping to come back and get a better look at the book with Chris. Later we ended up hopping into Joe Lo Truglio @joelotruglio line (being huge fans) and decided to just grab a print at the table BUT also ended up getting a copy of his Horror movie that we JUST learned about and turned out we were his first personal sale 😭👌🏼 he was INCREDIBLE, and right after we snuck in last minute to also meet Antony Star @toni.starr Saturday was NUTS and then we left early to party with @chadmontgomery22 and @amybot19 😆

Sunday we went to a few panels, chatted with @clumsybob , got some photos and then headed to the Tucker and Dale panel, we're just quietly enjoying their conversation when @ash_crossan from screen rant gives us an unexpected shout out "Is that The Style Boyz??" To which of course we stood up and posed 😂 AMAZING panel and also SO COOL meeting Ash! Close to the end of con we went back to Elis table, with Chris When the lines were dying down, and got to look through the book and chat more, SOMEHOW we walked away with one of the og pages, and had to run to get cash to have both Eli and Tyler sign it too.. like this is the coolest thing we own, we got a photo because we didnt want Eli to regret never seeing it again 😂 this will be framed and cherished in our home forever.
We could have chatted with everyone we met for hours, thank you EVERYONE that is tagged, you made this weekend one of the best experiences of our lives 🥹💕

It’s addicting! What Rapunzel mashup should I do next?
Spider-Man? Fairy? Sailor Moon? Tudor? Edwardian? Star Trek? Wreck it Ralph comfy? Apocalyptic? Knight?

Apparently today is #WorldLeatherDay so here is my most involved leather working project to date. Leatherwork is still a new skill for me and each time I make something with it, I’m reminded of how far back the history goes and how cool it is to find a connection to those traditional techniques, even if I’m just making silly little costumes with it.

Snow’s armor pieces were mostly self-drafted, but I referenced many other more experienced makers in the process. Swipe for a couple closer shots of the cuirass and the belt & thigh armor.
