In Ladin homes, recipes were never written down📝. They lived in experienced hands, in careful gestures, and in memories passed from one generation to the next 🤝🏼👵🏼. A handful of flour 🌾, a pinch of salt🧂, a feeling for the dough 🙌🏼, guided by instinct rather than measurements✨.

The flavours are strong, genuine, and a little rough reflecting the rural way of life 👩🏼‍🌾, because food was made not to impress, but to nourish and bring people together🫶🏼.

Nowadays, behind every traditional dish there is a story, of families💙, of hard work🪚, of rural life🚜, and of a heritage that is still alive today🧡.
