10 days aboard @thebarrenjoey.

Great waves, great company, incredible food, and more memories than we could fit into one reel. A few cuts and scrapes, a couple of broken boards, plenty of sunburn, and countless hours spent chasing waves across some of the most beautiful coastline on earth.

From sunrise sessions to sunset beers, it’s hard to beat life at sea with a good crew and an empty lineup. 🏴‍☠️

Feeling grateful for the adventure, the people, and the reminder that some of the best things in life are still the simplest.

About a year ago @liamfell_ and I talked about filling a boat with our good friends and exploring Indonesia. It was a dream and by gosh we talked about it a bunch. Well shit! We just got to do it! For the last two weeks ten on the most wonderful lads I've met in my time joined a brilliant guide, Craig, an amazing photographer, Clara, and the 25 year strong captain and crew of the Barren Joey. It was one of the greatest experiences of my life. Slowly making our way from island to island. Surfing some absolutely mind boggling waves! Playing music together each evening as the sun went down. It was one of those adventures where every night you sleep amazingly knowing you couldn't be doing anything more incredible with your little slice of time on planet earth 🌍 To anyone thinking about going... Do it! The Barren Joey is the real deal 🏴‍☠️ I know they have a few spots left on the June 3rd sailing and I'd say bite the bullet and go on the adventure of a lifetime 🤩
