WHAT DO I DO IT ALL FOR? 💪🔥
To earn myself a place at England’s next year! 🇬🇧
The early mornings, the hard sessions, the sacrifices, the days when your body is screaming at you to stop, and the times you question whether you’re good enough.
Is it going to happen? Honestly, I don’t know.
But one thing I do know… I’ll try my damn hardest to get there!
18 months ago, I never imagined I’d be where I am today. Now I’ve got a goal, a dream, and a hell of a lot of fight left in me. ❤️‍🔥
I might not know where this journey will take me, but I promise you one thing… I’m not giving up without a fight!
43 years old. Still learning. Still growing. Still chasing that dream.
Let’s see what I’m capable of! 🏋️‍♀️🔥

18 MONTHS OF STRONGMAN. 💪❤️
What an absolute roller coaster it’s been.
The stress. The prep. The injuries. The early mornings. The hard sessions. The nerves before comps. The highs, the lows, the tears… and those moments where you wonder why the hell you’re doing it! 😂
But then you step onto that competition floor, do something you never thought you could do, and suddenly every bit of it becomes worth it.
I honestly never thought I’d be good at anything.
Then I found Strongman.
And somewhere along the way, I found a version of myself I never knew existed.
So if there’s one thing I hope my journey proves, it’s this:
IT IS NEVER TOO LATE.
Never too late to start.
Never too late to change.
Never too late to find something you love.
And never too late to surprise yourself. ❤️
A HUGE thank you to every competitor I’ve shared a platform with, every gym that’s welcomed me, every competition host who works bloody hard behind the scenes, and every company that has believed in me and supported my journey.
You’ve all helped make these last 18 months something I’ll never forget.
From someone who never thought she was good at anything… to standing on podiums and being invited to compete in utah!

ill never forget every kind word messege and support you really dont know what it means!

What a journey. 🥹
And honestly…
I’m only just getting started. 🔥💪
Love you all ❤️
