It was great to meet @cnelson9 while knocking doors in Ward 1 today.

Cam recently made fame as the first PEI-born mixed martial arts fighter to compete in UFC. He made PEI proud by winning his UFC debut in Shanghai in August!

I wish Cam the best of luck as he moves up the welterweight ranks and continues to put our Island on the map!

Monday Morning Matchmaker PT 1/2

Naurdiev vs Anders - Being in attendance, it seemed like Naurdiev won pretty clearly. He's looked better since moving to Middleweight but needs another veteran test if he wants to move up.

Nolan vs Nelson - Both coming off their first UFC wins but near the bottom of the division

Wang vs Namajunas - Both near the top but needing a rebound win

Figueiredo vs Ige - Both could retire, if they want to give them one last ride, might as well be against each other

Green vs Johnson - Seems like a fight that would have already happened but since it hasn't, book it, it's got bonus written all over it

Williams vs Curtis - This would be a fun fight as they both look to rebound, someone is bound to get knocked out

Gautier vs Oleksiejczuk - Many are saying Gautier got fraud checked, he needs to get back in there and prove the doubters wrong. Oleksiejczuk is a similar test, let's see if he can do it on the second try

Coria vs Estevam - Both coming off their first loss

Romero vs Osmanli - Both lost in their UFC debuts

Armand vs Gimenis - Bottom of the barrel for the division, one can get back on track while the other is headed to the chopping block

Parkin vs Pat - Both coming off a pair of losses

Whitehead vs Nascimento - Both lost in their UFC debuts

Got the job done in Pictou over the weekend to a game opponent. Not the performance I wanted but learned from going the distance in the fight. Big thank you to @fightleagueatlantic for finding an opponent for me in 3 weeks as my other was unable to compete and for allowing me to show my talents on a great promotion. Big shout out to @renzograciepei and the whole team for always helping me get prepared, iron sharpens iron let’s keep the train rolling …. ❤️MM

My team and I had huge success this past weekend at @fightleagueatlantic 26.
This one was a big one for me, I put a lot into this camp knowing I was facing a very skilled opponent from Alberta.

Huge thank you to my home gym, @renzograciepei , and all my teammates and coaches who push me every day and have been a part of this journey. I wouldn’t be here without you.

A special thank you to Coach Ho and @h2omma for opening your doors and letting me train with you guys leading up to my fight camp. I’m very grateful for the opportunity to be able to be welcomed and train there.

Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout camp and fight week, fans, family friends. This one means a lot. 🙏
On to the next. 🥋🪖
