💗
Honored and grateful to return to SCAD @scaddotedu as an Artist Mentor with the Painting Department @scadpaint and to be a featured alum at this year’s SCAD Fine Arts Showcase.
It’s been an inspiring journey spending time with such driven, talented students and faculty. Studio visits with remarkable juniors allowed for deep discussions on their evolving practices, and I was equally moved by the broader student community’s creativity.

For the first time, I also had the privilege of moderating a panel in the beautiful new River building with dear friends and brilliant minds—Susan Laney, Amanda Baker, and Ben Deaton. @laneycontemporary @bakerhall.art @wolfganggallery The conversation was rich, and the insightful questions from students added such depth.

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Painting Department, especially Kelley and Todd @toddschroeder0 , and everyone involved for curating such an incredible four days. Thanks to @bentollefson @haleyclouser and @b_rich______ for the tour!✨
