WARNING THE SAPPY POST WE ALL SAW COMINGđŸ˜đŸ«¶đŸ» There are some nights you wish you could bottle up forever, and tonight was one of them. đŸ€ Watching my baby sister stand on Homecoming Court while cheering on Carter during his Senior Night was one of those moments that made time feel like it was moving way too fast. Nobody ever talks about how hard it is to watch your baby sister grow up. One day you’re sharing a bedroom, laughing until you can’t breathe, and doing everything together. Then suddenly you’re watching her become this beautiful, kind, confident young woman, and you’re so unbelievably proud while your heart aches just a little because you wish time would slow down. Grace has always been more than just my little sister. She’s been my built in best friend, my biggest cheerleader, and one of God’s greatest gifts in my life. Watching her step into this season with so much grace and joy has been one of my greatest privileges. And Carter, congratulations on your Senior Night. It has been so special getting to watch you both grow together, and I can’t wait to see everything God has in store for your futures. My sweet Gracie, No matter how old you get, you’ll always be my baby sister. Thank you for being my built in best friend and for filling my life with so much laughter, love, and joy. Watching you become the young woman you are today has been one of my greatest blessings. I pray you always know how deeply you are loved, how incredibly beautiful you are inside and out, and that you never stop chasing the plans God has for your life. I will always be in your corner, cheering you on through every season. I love you more than you’ll ever know, and I couldn’t be prouder to call you my sister. đŸ€

Sometimes you come across a photo that realigns your perspective. Thank you @coastalaction_coastalcactus This is one of those photos. If you know these two, then you know, they have been best of friends from the 1st time they both stepped on the field together with the Freeport Football and Cheer Association For all the intensity, pressure, sacrifice, and stress that comes with football—and the desire to win—moments like this remind you that it’s about so much more than a game. It’s about years of teammates working side by side. The early mornings. The practices. The wins, the losses, and everything in between. It’s about the friendships and bonds built along the way—bonds that don’t fade when the season ends or the pads come off. Because long after the scoreboard is forgotten, these are the moments they’ll remember. Football is more than a game. It’s the people you become and the bonds you carry with you.
