Got my dang weight stuck in the boulders, trying to shake it out and a Big O Girl slurped up the @roboworm_official 6” straight tail. Forgot my net at home, let her pull drag while I frantically got the boat away from the rocks 🤣 she got in the boat though 🐷

2 of the better fish this weekend. One went 5lbs on the dot and the other 4lbs.
All offshore again in 20-25’ depths. @blaukatrandy @cumberlandprolures throwback finesse ball jig with the living rubber skirt had fish darting to it
Of course the @roboworm_official 6” Aaron’s pro shad got it done too

Had some offshore fun this weekend. Got the boat back from the shop with a new Bimini from @anglersmarine coulda gave me some good luck
Threw everything at these fish that summer calls for but they only wanted to bite a drop shot. One went 6-2 for the biggest of the day. 25’ on Rocks and bushes. Thermocline was sitting at 30’. Water is 86 degrees.

@phenixrods Spinning M1 7’4 MH Fast put in all the work, paired with a @fish_shimano_north_america Vanford 2500
@roboworm_official 6” straight tail in Junebug Chart

Zero to hero in 2 bites…After having a 25#+ PB common escape the sling and flop back into the water while trying to pull the net out…even half diving into the water trying to recover it 😂💀; I was able to redeem myself with a new PB 27# Common caught on @connecticut_custom_tackle popup corn 🌽 and 2oz gripper lead. CCT kerns have been on a hot streak for me avoiding the turtles and hammering fish with a PB mirror and my previous PB common falling to them last week. Shoutout to @slopro25 for the net assist and the photos 🤘🏽we’ll get you one soon 🙏🏼 @bigcarptackle these new @freespiritfishing rods are awesome!!!! Couldn’t be happier. @yozuri_lures hybrids abrasion resistance is top notch and it sinks down nicely out of the way
