@unsaneband and @cntsla at @bottomofthehillsf - 9.17.26:
Night 2 of going to two shows in the same week at the same venue fulfilled all my #noiserock fixings for the week, starting with East Bay trio @facetnoise whom unfortunately didn’t get any footage of but were equally as fascinating and entertaining as the bands that would play after them. Musically reminded me a lot of #unwound in their sound. #cnts followed quickly after with a raucous and intense set that featured members from groups like @quiband , with @mattcronk on vocals, and @michaeljasoncrain on lead guitar from bands such as @dead_cross_official and @unftw . Finishing out the night was NYC’s #unsane whom I’ve been seeing for almost 30 years now with a new rhythm section. The set was to support the re-release of their record from the past #occupationalhazard, but the band managed to sneak in one of my favorites from@the past that I had never heard live before ”Vandal X”. Great show !
