Fastest four years of my life.

I’m incredibly honored to be representing CNU Survivor as a finalist for Spirit of CNU. Looking back to my freshman year, I never could have imagined heading into my senior year with an opportunity like this.

My passion for CNU started with competing for CNU as a Track & Field athlete. Getting to represent my school gave me a love for CNU that pushed me to find more ways to make an impact. Since then, I’ve served as President of CNU Survivor, President of the Luter Student Advisory Board, President of Captains Consulting, and Vice President of the Student Marketing Association. I’ve also had the chance to give back to the community surrounding CNU through volunteer work with Serve the City Peninsula.

Four years is a short amount of time, and I want the impact I make to last after I graduate. My mission is to make sure every student who comes after me has access to the same, if not better, opportunities that I’ve had.

I’m incredibly grateful for the friendships and experiences that have allowed me to accomplish things as a student that I never knew were possible. I couldn’t be more proud to call CNU my home!

I’d love your vote for Spirit of CNU! 💙🩶 (link in bio)

🇺🇸never forget

The @cnucrossfit club hosted the 4th annual 9/11 Never Forget Memorial Workout and brought together students, athletes, community members, and local heroes to honor and remember all the lives lost. 45 minutes of stairs, bodyweight movements, sweat, and silence other than the names of those who passed read out loud.

I’m extremely grateful to officially announce my commitment to continue my academic and athletic career at Christopher Newport University. #ManTheShip #AGTG

First I’d like to thank the Lord our God without his infinite mercy I could never be where I am today. The lord above has changed my life in impossible ways and I am eternally grateful for him.

Thank you to my family especially my parents who have supported me through my entire journey. Without them I wouldn’t have been able to grow into the man I am today.

Thank you to the coaches and teammates have helped push me every day. Especially @evanleach33 @coach_ferrydsa and @parkhurstkr

Thank you to the faculty and coaches at Trinity and commonwealth throws club who have given me the opportunity to compete grow and thrive.

Lastly thank you to Coach Frenia and Wingard and the other people at CNU for this amazing opportunity.

Go Captains! ⚓️
