The week leading up to Ibiza was CHAOS. 😂 Between moving, unpacking and trying to get ahead on work so I could completely disconnect while I was gone, I was running myself into the ground.

And the whole time I kept feeling convicted about needing to honor the Sabbath and actually REST. But I kept bargaining with the Lord like… I’m about to rest for an entire week, just let me grind until then. 😅

Well… so much of what I worked so hard on didn’t even work out. I literally broke down sobbing the night before I left. Not just because I felt like my hard work was wasted, but because I was disappointed in myself for ignoring Holy Spirit’s nudge to slow down.

I booked this trip MONTHS ago with @co__here , a wellness retreat founded by my friend @paigeforrest with the mission to help women connect, explore, release and reset. 🤍

Every day we were given a word to journal through. Our first word was ARRIVE. And on the card it said…

“There is nowhere else to get to. Nothing to optimize. Nothing you need to figure out before this experience can begin. Arrival is more than being physically present. It is allowing the rest of you to catch up.”

And as I journaled that night, I realized that’s exactly what the Lord had been trying to teach me. Not just to arrive in Spain, but to arrive in the present. To stop striving for what’s next, trying to control every outcome and just accept where I am. Even with the unfinished things and unanswered questions.

To just BE where God has me and rest in that. 🤍

And you don’t have to fly across the world to do that. You can arrive right where you are. 🥹

Also!!! I haven’t forgotten about the credit card points tutorial you guys asked for!! ✈️😂 I had NO idea how easy it was to book and upgrade my flight with points. I’ll share exactly how I did it soon!!

But first… I have a few days in Ibiza to catch you guys up on! 🌴🤍

day two was spent anchoring through silence + a soft morning practice, resting under the Ibiza sun, reinvigorating through an ocean-view Sculpt, gathering for a copal ceremony at sunset + closing the day around a shared table.

A day to slow down, tune in + LISTEN.
