POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do for someone else is simply show them what’s possible by being willing to go there yourself.

The way you challenge yourself or persevere.
The way you encourage the person next to you to keep going when things get uncomfortable.

Our little guest ⭐️ was right there there taking it ALL in.

And you know what?

She didn’t see limitations. She saw possibilities.

(FUN FACT: you don’t need to be a 4 year-old to see it too.)

Not only do our coaches know how to coach a hell of a class…they are also putting in the work as athletes!

This block we are building to heavy sets of 3 on our back squats…peep @coach.johnnie with her set of 3 this week at 205#

Do you love or hate back squats? Be honest 😬

ATHX x BRICK LA | The road to ATHX Games Los Angeles continues.

This past Saturday, BRICK LA brought an incredible crew together to test their strength, endurance, and metabolic conditioning.
BRICK is more than an incredible gym, it’s a community backed by great leadership and a team committed to giving its members the opportunity to continue evolving as athletes. As an official ATHX affiliate, we’re excited to keep building together and getting this community ready to take on ATHX Games Los Angeles on November 7.

A huge shoutout to the team behind the scenes:
🎧 Austen | Jump Movement — setting the tone and keeping the energy high.
🥗 Ready Fit Go — fueling our athletes with convenient, ready-to-eat meals.
⚡ Everyday Athlete — fueling performance through every effort.

And, of course, thank you to everyone who showed up, pushed their limits, and made this takeover what it was! This is what the ATHX community is all about.

📍 THE ROAD SHOW CONTINUES
🔥 Friday, 10/16 — Hybrid House Gym, Signal Hill
4:30 PM & 5:30 PM classes
💪 Saturday, 10/17 — Torrance Training Lab
8:30 AM heat start
⚡ Saturday, 10/17 — The Yard Gym, San Juan Capistrano
7:15 AM & 8:30 AM classes

Southern California, we’re just getting started. See you at the next takeover! ✌️

I deliberately post about Women’s LIFT CLUB over and over again to show coaches how possible it is to build something special… And to show you how easy it is to be a part of something than can change your life.

Our doors are open every Saturday morning at @bricklosangeles for lifting heavy and lifting each other up through birthdays, babies turning 11 months old (!!!) and even no particular reason at all other than we’re proud of each other for getting in the room and getting just 1% stronger in who we are.

I love you girls so much. 💗 I don’t know that I could be any prouder of who you are and what we accomplish together.
