POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Andy Warhol said everyone gets 15 minutes of fame. We took that literally. Every week, a coach or athlete shares the one lesson their career taught them, with no highlight reel and no script. Hosted by Erin Sarles and Thomas Roe of Blueprint to Bluechip™. #15in15 #CoachLife #YouthSports #CharacterOverClout

The game will fade but it will forever impact your life.

In the very first episode of 15 in 15, John Bronkhorst shares how sports stick with you. And he tells us why the greatest measure of coaching success isn’t always found on the scoreboard but actually in the relationships that last long after the season ends.

15 minutes. Real experience. Lessons worth carrying forward.

Episode 1 of 15 in 15 is out NOW.

You know him and you know him: our very own NIL expert, John Bronkhorst.

He's back again to kick off something new: we're excited to announce John as the first guest on 15 in 15, our new podcast feature built for busy athletes, coaches, and parents.

The idea is simple: 15 minutes with experts in their field breaking down what they know, what helped them succeed, and what you can take from their experience.

More insight in less time: 15 in 15.

First episode coming THIS SATURDAY

The House Settlement said schools can now share up to $20.5 million annually with athletes.

Most athletes heard that number and assumed it meant a check was coming.

Here's what most athletes don't understand:

It's not distributed equally.

It doesn't work the same at every school.

It has tax implications nobody warned you about.

It interacts with your NIL income in ways that change your financial picture completely.

And the compliance obligations that come with it?

Most athletes have no idea they exist.

Tuesday. 12pm MST.

NIL Office Hours Week 1 is a wrap. ✅
John Bronkhorst just gave athletes the NIL 101 conversation most people charge for.
30 minutes. One topic. Real answers.

Here's what we covered:
→ What NIL actually means (Name, Image, Likeness — broken down simply)
→ What counts as NIL activity and what doesn't
→ NCAA rules vs. state-specific laws
→ High school vs. college NIL differences
→ The most common NIL myths that could cost athletes their eligibility
→ One action step every athlete can take this week to get their foundation right

The bottom line from today:
Most athletes are either chasing NIL without understanding the rules or avoiding it altogether because they're scared of making a mistake.
Both are problems.
The solution is education. And that's exactly what NIL Office Hours is built for.
