Three days. Countless reps. So much growth.

Our Bigger Than Basketball Camp was everything we hoped it would be and more.

This week, we went far beyond drills and workouts. We broke down film and learned how to actually use it to improve your game. We talked through decision-making, basketball IQ, and understanding the “why” behind what happens on the court.

Of course, we put in the work with ball handling, skill development, and competitive play, but some of the most impactful moments happened off the court.

We spent time discussing the recruiting process, what athletes should be doing now, and how to prepare for the opportunities ahead. We had @coach_steve_price speak on nutrition and strength & conditioning 💪We were also incredibly grateful to have @kendallsmcdonald share about mental health, faith, and finding your identity in Jesus Christ rather than in a scoreboard, stat line, or scholarship offer.

Basketball was the vehicle. Growth was the goal.

Thank you to every athlete who showed up ready to learn, compete, and invest in themselves. 💪💪

Can’t say enough about former Stephen F. Austin State University Lumberjack player and current Central Heights Head Basketball Coach, Dallas Cameron! He has been such a positive influence in our son’s life. Austin has looked up to Coach Cameron since attending SFA basketball camp and even received the “Dallas Cameron Enthusiasm Award” one year at camp. We are so thankful for the encouragement, leadership, and example he sets every day.
