Name a better way to enjoy a coach’s wives trip than eating & shopping in a new city?!? It was definitely the break I needed. I genuinely miss trying new restaurants. I know my foodie resumé hasn’t been updated in a while, but this weekend has reminded me to still do the things I love even as a new mommy. But I digress. I had such a great time with the ladies this weekend. Win or lose it’s still #gogreengowhite 🫡

Psalms 127:3 says “Children are a gift from the Lord” and some of the best gifts are surprises 🥹 And that is exactly what our precious 2nd baby boy was to us.

November 21st …I didn’t expect to find out I was pregnant again when Levi was only 8 months old, but the Lord knew.

Ever since then, it felt like life started crumbling around me. Moving for the 3rd time in the same year, spending Levi’s 1st Christmas in the ER, getting sick myself, planning Levi’s 1st birthday then him getting sick for a month. It’s been ALOT. But crazy enough, through it all my pregnancy was still so peaceful. I knew then, what his name would be.

First of His Name. Rest Giver. The Calm During the Storm.

From the beginning, his name proceeded him. Such a calm, comforting and restful baby boy.

My continuous prayer is, just like Levi, that Noah will know God and walk with him intimately. That God will continue to parent us so we can parent them into mighty men of valor. May you forever be covered by God, my Noah bears 🐻🍼 in Jesus name, Amen!
