It is with great sadness to announce that our very own, John Ford, will be leaving Shoot360 Naperville and be moving on to another job opportunity. Coach Ford has been with our facility since Day 1, and he has been the integral moving factor in our growth, development, and exhilarating launch of this franchise. Coach Ford has turned and transformed this facility from your everyday basketball gym into a family, a family of dedicated basketball players. His tireless hours of desire, passion, and leadership for all who have entered @shoot360_naperville will always hold a special place in his heart.

One of the main aspects of @shoot360_naperville that Coach Ford is going to miss the most is all of the players and the relationships he built with each of them. He expressed that he has truly enjoyed getting to know each player on an individual basis and has gotten a kick out of watching each of them escalate their skills and talents. In his three years as Facility Manager, he has formed a bond with each player, family member, and community member and has watched players evolve and mature into young adults.

When you lose an individual and facilitator like Coach Ford, it is extremely tough. His ability to assist players in reaching higher than the highest standards speaks volumes of who he is as a mentor, role model, and teacher for all.

We wish Coach Ford all of the best and hope he enjoys this next chapter in his life, providing continued instruction and inspiration in our youth development! He will be the new Program Manager at (CAAEL), which is the Chicago Area Alternative Education League.

Coach Ford will be in our facility until the date of Wednesday, July 30th. You are more than welcome to stop by to chat and visit with him!
