POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Let’s give a big congratulations to our Thunder Competition Cheer Team on an outstanding performance at their first regional competition of the season!
The team captured 1st Place in Game Day, and also earned the Judges’ Choice Award. In the Traditional division, Thunder brought home 2nd Place honors. Their strong performances earned them bids to the National Cheerleading Championship in Orlando in both routines. Congratulations, Thunder Comp, on an amazing start to the start of the 26-27 comp season. @coach_greg009 @ashleyschmidt1382

A weekend back where it all began. ❤️

Coming home to Franklin and being inducted into my high school Hall of Fame gave me a chance to reflect on just how much of who I am was built here.

Rebel was always fitting.

A rebel is someone who resists, challenges, or refuses to conform to established rules, expectations, traditions, or authority, especially when those things conflict with what they believe is right.

I’ve spent a lot of my life challenging what I was told I could or should be.

As an athlete.
As a Marine.
As a woman.
As a mother.
As a leader.
And now, in the work I’m building and the women I hope to impact.

I hope my legacy is never simply what I accomplished.

I hope it’s that I had the courage to question what needed questioning, challenge what needed changing, and make a little more room for the women and girls coming behind me.

Thank you to everyone who was part of such a special weekend.

Thank you, Franklin, for reconnecting me to my roots.

Forever a Rebel. ❤️

The boys are back in town!!! Once a Panther, always a Panther. 🐾💛 From game day sidelines to a lifetime of brotherhood — this crew brought the energy that made FIU roar. Can’t wait to see the Panthers take the field again for Homecoming on Nov. 7 vs. Missouri State — Gold out, Golden Panthers!
