**Sappy Coach Post Alert**

So proud of my boys for representing @southgeorgiabarbell so well. This was my first National meet as a coach and also my first time on the online format. Everyone in this picture was an essential piece in making this an experience that I will NEVER forget.

So thankful for all of the support today. I was able to get a qualifying total and place 3rd at my meet today. Couldn’t have done it without everyone that came to cheer me on and all of the texts that I got from people. Especially for my wife @annekathryncannon for putting up with me and supporting me. Thankful for the grace of Jesus above all. Weightlifting is fun and all but the hope that I have in Christ is where the real joy comes from.

Try and pick up on your athlete’s strengths before their weaknesses. Then use those strengths to help attack their weaknesses.

After unleashing the song "Holy Ghost Party" at Ormond Beach Retreat Week 3, Daniel is all people see when they hear Crossing 47 nowadays. 😂

Last night was a good night. Got to lead students in worship at D-NOW in Morven, GA, @crossing47 sang happy birthday to my sister @hugszy over FaceTime and got away with a warning for not having taillights on our trailer. Ready for the next event.
