1st part of the last #sidekickholdchallenge for the time being. Slowly getting little better on my right side but slow and steady is the way to go. I nominate the 1st part of the challenge to @martial_lee_ @tb_hodge @training_beyond_horizons2 @d_wildlifestyle @dan_kohlberg @garygrishamlll @jimmycruteufc @coach_michael_w @wck_steven @stevenmorana @matax_06 @josiahkicks @brandonblachh @coleches @dojotomtraining @whitemarble_sw @jenkogenes @youwaraj_rai @stuntpete and @poppular.monster.

The goal of the challenge is to perform a Side Kick towards the camera and hold for 30 seconds or more each on your left leg and right leg. Hope everyone gives this challenge a try and do your very best. OSS!! #sidekick #martialarts #sidekickchallenge #sidekickhold

Another #sidekickholdchallenge grind in staying consistent. I nominate @innercity_rogue @patnatoli @der.slawa @nickschaferata @etibok_instructing @songo.fit @chasspk @anass_hibaoui @eahrd @olli.goku @thom.x.x.x @maxcison @maxperkinsfilms @sarantosfitness @rangeexpander @neo911neo @coach_michael_w @coleches @theanimalstyle and @ajnorthofficial.

Do your very best and see how long you can hold a side kick for in 30 seconds or more as best as you can in both sides. Keep on kicking and stay strong. 💪🥋☯️ #martialarts #sidekick #sidekickchallenge #sidekickhold

🥊 BELIEVE. ACHIEVE. REPEAT. 🥊

Consistency is everything.

Every Monday is a fresh start, a new opportunity to push harder, learn more, and become stronger than you were last week. Success isn’t built in a day—it’s built through the small actions you repeat week after week.

Show up. Stay committed. Trust the process.

A new week begins, and we’re ready to go again.

BELIEVE. ACHIEVE. REPEAT.

Check out our weekly schedule and book your classes today. 🔥#muaythai #riseandgrind #fitness #gym #boxing
