Sometimes the clearest evidence of God’s love is the people He places around you.
A circle of sisters who pray for you, pour into you, tell you the truth, believe in you and hold you up with grace.

If you are over 40 please be careful about burn out. Please incorporate some type of exercise, stretching, breathing, meditation, etc..

Please listen to your body and learn your body and mental capacity. #propheticsculptingcoaching #lifecoachforwomen #lifecoachover40

This message may help someone . I hope it does. For me, less posts, working with less clients for my coaching business, less writing my book, and less No Small Talk recordings have been limited as a result.

What started out as anxiety a few months back is now my excitement area. I stepped back on quite a few opportunities so I can get this training down for my job. I know it is worth it! I LOVE my job and my career. A career I never imagined but would not trade for anything right now. I get to travel places I never thought I would go, I mean Vermont and Utah where no where on my bucket list.

Learning, growing, and being flexible has come with sacrifices but in two weeks I will get to present and I am READY!

You are never too old to learn and to grow. Growth looks different to different people. You must identify how you learn best even if it looks different than other people. I am grateful that if I have to step away or step back I do just that and in the long run everything works together for my good.

Just feeling grateful and I wanted to share. Cousin Chryste Middleton thanks so much for introducing me to healthcare and although I will not tag her Shantell Dennis thank you for blessing me because I smile everyday!!

Do what you love and sacrifice even if it’s for a little while. I can’t attend every event. I may not be able to hang with you for a while. I may not be able to attend your event. I may be too tired to talk because I talk for a living. This season is giving me permission to soar and I am doing just that unapologetic I may add.

Stretch yourself and pursue your opportunity that allows you to grow!!!!

Mental health awareness is absolutely on the rise. Usually the first person that you come in contact me when you do seek help is a nurse. A nurse can make or break a visit during their intake. Thank you to all of the people who have chosen to be a nurse and to serve others. We appreciate you and we honor you. Bless a nurse this week. #propheticsculptingcoaching
