Different athletes. Different goals. Same floor. Same standard.

This is what it looks like in here.

Fight night is no place to find out your gas tank isn’t ready. 🥊

Conditioning isn’t just about being fit.

It’s about maintaining your output, recovering between efforts and performing when fatigue sets in.

We don’t leave that to chance. 📈

Most athletes with a back injury stop training legs entirely.

They do not have to.

The belt squat loads the lower body without placing a single kilogram of compression through the spine. The load hangs from the hips. The back stays completely unloaded. The athlete keeps building the quad strength, the glute strength, and the lower body capacity that a full season demands without the injury getting worse and without the deconditioning that comes from weeks off the floor.

It also does something most people never consider. It actively decompresses the spine. The hanging position creates traction through the lumbar spine that most athletes have never felt in a training environment. For athletes carrying load chronically through a heavy training block that benefit alone is worth having the machine in the building.

The belt squat just arrived at 639.

Every athlete who has ever been told to stop training because of a back issue now has a different option.

Come and use it. Link in bio.

The physical reason the best junior gets caught by 18, and the qualities that actually last.

The standout junior is usually an early maturer. They hit their growth and hormonal surge first, so they are temporarily bigger, stronger, and faster than kids the same age. That is not skill, it is a head start in physical development. By 16 to 18 everyone else matures too, the gap closes, and the early maturer who never built real qualities underneath gets caught and passed.

Maturity fades. These are trained and they last: relative strength, power and rate of force, movement quality, and work capacity. None come from maturing early. All come from training properly over years.

You cannot ride physical maturity forever. You have to build physical ability on purpose.

Swipe through for the qualities to build.

Comment ASSESS and we will test your physical qualities and show you exactly what to build.

Rest is the most common advice an athlete with a sore knee gets. It is also the reason most of them are still sore three months later.

Pain goes down when you stop. Capacity goes down with it. So the first hard session back, the tendon is weaker than when you left it, and the whole thing starts again. Rest, flare, rest, flare. That loop is the injury.

What actually settles a knee is load it can handle, applied on purpose, before the session rather than instead of it. The three in the video are where we start. They are not the whole plan, but they are the part most athletes skip because nobody told them a sore knee could be loaded at all.

You do not rest your way out of a load problem.

Save this for the next time someone tells you to take a week off.

The offseason is where the gap is created. 📈

While some athletes switch off, others are putting in the work to come back stronger, faster and more athletic.

It’s the time to address weaknesses, develop physical qualities and build the foundations you don’t always have time for during the season.

The work isn’t always exciting.
The progress isn’t always obvious.
But it all adds up.

You can’t expect to separate yourself from the competition by doing the same things as everyone else.

The offseason is your opportunity.

Use it, or spend next season chasing those who did.

DM “OFFSEASON” if you’re ready to get to work. ⚡️

You do around 200 sessions a year. Bad recovery deletes half of them. And you still show up tired.

Train 4 times a week and that is roughly 200 sessions a year. Hours of effort, real sweat. Now do every one of them on 5 hours sleep and no fuel. Your body cannot adapt to work it never recovers from, so maybe half of those sessions actually count. You did 200. You banked 100.

Here is the part that should annoy you. Fixing it is free. Sleep 8 hours. Eat around training. Manage load. Switch off. No new sessions, no new money, you just stop deleting the work you already do.

You did not train too little. You wasted half of what you did.

Swipe through, then fix the cheapest gain in your training.

Comment RECOVERY and we will send you the exact recovery system we give our athletes, free.

Most gyms buy equipment that looks good.

We buy equipment that survives athletes who are hunting something.

There is a difference and you feel it the moment you pick one up. The weight is right. The grip does not slip. The build does not wobble or crack under the kind of output that serious athletic preparation demands session after session across a full training block.

Most facilities would never put equipment like this in front of their athletes because they are not training athletes. They are training people who show up casually and leave when it gets hard.

That is not who is in this building.

The athletes here are chasing something specific. A college offer. A contract. A season that finally reflects what they know they are capable of. They do not have time for equipment that limits the session or breaks down before they do.

These dumbbells were built for them.

Everything in this facility was.

Come and use them. Link in bio.

Most female athletes finish their season and stop.

They tell themselves they earned the rest. And they did. But while they are resting the decision about what next season looks like is already being made. Not on the court. In the gym. In the sessions nobody sees. In the off-season that most people treat as a pause and the athletes who get ahead treat as the most important block of the entire year.

Jordan is not most athletes.

She plays basketball. She finished her season and walked straight back into preparation. Not because someone told her to. Because she has already decided what she wants next season to feel like and she understands that feeling does not arrive without this work being done first.

Every session she completes right now is a session her competition is not doing. Every physical quality she builds in this window is one more advantage she walks onto the court with in 2027 that the athletes who rested cannot close in a few weeks of pre-season.

The gap between a good season and a great one is not talent. It is what happens in the off-season when nobody is watching and the choice between comfort and preparation gets made quietly.

Jordan already made hers.

Swipe through. This is what that decision looks like in action.

You are probably not getting the results you expect from your training.

Not because you are not working hard enough. Not because you need a better exercise. Because the detail inside the exercise you are already doing is wrong and nobody has ever stopped the session long enough to fix it.

Most athletes collect exercises. They find something new, add it to the program, and assume the result follows. It does not. The result lives inside the detail. The position. The load point. The decision to remove every variable that stops the right muscle from doing the right job at the right time.

When those details are right everything changes.

The same exercise that produced nothing for months starts producing results inside two weeks. Not because the exercise changed. Because the precision behind it finally matched the intention.

That is the difference between a program that looks like training and one that actually builds something.

The athletes who improve the fastest in this building are not doing more than anyone else. They are doing exactly what the detail demands. Nothing more. Nothing less.

Save this. Then look at your own training and ask whether the details are actually right.

Well… that escalated quickly 😂

What started as a bit of fun between the two of us certainly got a few people talking in the comments.

Some saw the humour, others not so much. And that’s okay!

But rather than focus on the negativity, we thought we’d use the attention to shine a light on something we’re genuinely proud of.

Our athletes. ❤️

The hard work, the consistency, the setbacks they’ve overcome and the achievements they’ve worked so hard for.

These are the things that deserve recognition.

At the end of the day, we’re just two coaches who love what we do and want to see the athletes we work with succeed.

Social media can be a pretty negative place at times, but it can also be a place to celebrate and support one another.

So here’s to the athletes putting in the work, chasing their goals and making us proud along the way.

A little more positivity never hurt anyone.

Spread love, not hate. ❤️

Speed is not a gift. It is a skill. And like every skill it can be developed, refined, and built to a level most athletes have never come close to reaching because nobody ever gave them the system to get there.

Most athletes who think they are slow are not slow. They are undertrained in the specific physical qualities that produce speed. Their mechanics are off. Their power output is limited. Their ability to accelerate, decelerate, and change direction under pressure has never been developed with any real precision.

That ends here.

The 639 Speed and Agility Program is built for the athlete who is done accepting their current speed as a ceiling. Who understands that the gap between where they are and where they want to be on the field is not a talent problem. It is a training problem. And training problems have very specific solutions.

Faster off the mark. Sharper through direction changes. More explosive when the moment demands it. More confident in their body when the game is on the line.

That is what this program produces.
