September Large Group Event Part 1:
We kicked off our Large Group Event with activities centered around our Tate Trait of the Month: Confident!
Participants moved around the room, engaging in conversations and getting to know people they didn’t already know. Next, they took on the challenge of stacking ‘paper stones.’ Participants wrote down things they felt they could be more confident about and then worked individually, in pairs, and as a team to build their confidence—one stone at a time!

Oxford Football Head Coach Trevor Potts rounded out the first half of our event by sharing an encouraging message about the power of positive thinking and being confident.

Our Mentor Advisory Committee members also played an important role throughout the event, helping on stage with updates, introductions, and a fun skit!
