POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Last night I had the pleasure of finally meeting Scott Fox.

Two Americans in Ukraine, Scott reached out to me on Instagram a while back. (I love how IG can connect people!)

Scott is the co-founder of P.U.R.E., Promoting Ukrainian Resilience and Empowerment, and does incredibly valuable healing work with people affected by PTSD and trauma.

We also share an unusually similar personal story. Both of us discovered our Ukrainian ancestry very late in life, and both of us found our way here and developed a profound connection to this beautiful country.

Scott and I had managed to miss each other a couple of times, but last night, right here near my hotel in Kyiv, he was kind enough to come down and meet me. We had a spirited talk about our work here in Ukraine, what brought us here, and our plans for the future. So great!

If you don’t know Scott and the work he’s doing, I invite you to check out his page and learn more. @coach_scott_fox

Thank you, Scott. I look forward to the next visit. 🇺🇦

Follow your intuition. Because Why not?

When I chose confidence as my coaching focus, it actually started with an intuitive hit. I felt guided to create a course on self-confidence, so I did.

Because I’ve learned that when I ignore my intuition, it has a funny way of proving me wrong. Exhibit A. The umbrella. There have been many times I’ve thought, take an umbrella, ignored it, left the house, and got soaked.

Intuition isn’t always about big life decisions. It’s more often a quiet little nudge that says, “Pay attention.”

What has your intuition been nudging you towards lately?

EFT can help break the anxiety spiral by using gentle tapping while naming your fear.

You’re not fighting the fear - you’re acknowledging it and giving your mind a chance to slow down.

⚠️ EFT doesn’t replace professional medical or mental health care.

This is the part of coaching I love most ❤️

Not the big dramatic transformations - but the little moments when someone suddenly realizes:

“Wait… I can actually do this”

In a recent podcast interview, I was asked about my favourite part of coaching, and I shared the story of a teenage client who, after just three sessions, was seeing tangible changes in her grades, her boundaries, and her experience of school.

But the thing that really gets me?

Seeing my clients’ joy.

That moment when they realize that something has shifted - and THEY were the ones who made it happen.

There’s something incredibly special about watching someone begin to see themselves, and their possibilities, differently.

That’s why I coach ✨

Sometimes, a few conversations can be enough to help someone see that they’re capable of so much more than they ever realized.

Thank you so much @coach_scott_fox for this wonderful opportunity!

The full conversation is published Monday 7 September 🎙️

20 tabs open.
3 deadlines today.
And you haven’t even had lunch. 😅

Sound familiar?

When your to-do list feels endless, sometimes you need to calm your nervous system first - and only then figure out what to do next.

In this video, I’m sharing a short EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practice you can try in just 30 seconds when you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or tense.

✨ Try it with me - and get back to your day feeling a little calmer.

The full technique + 8 more practical modules are available via the link in bio.

3:00 AM. Your body is exhausted. But your brain has decided it’s the perfect time to replay the entire day. 🫠

If this sounds familiar, try EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) before bed.

Gentle tapping + focusing on what’s stressing you can help you shift from racing thoughts toward a calmer state.

You don’t have to fight your thoughts.
Just remind yourself:

“I let go of what I can’t change.” 🌙

The full technique, plus 8 more modules, is available in our course.

Panic in public is terrifying. Your chest tightens, thoughts race, and it feels like everyone’s staring at you. 😰

But there’s a simple way to stop that wave in seconds - EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). Two fingers, one point on your collarbone, five taps - and you’re telling your nervous system «I’m safe» again. Simple, accessible, works anywhere, anytime.

This is just one point from the full technique. Link in bio for the complete guide + 8 more modules on working through anxiety, stress, and panic attacks.

🇺🇦🇺🇸 Three Americans, different life paths — all here in Kyiv for one purpose: to support Ukraine.

🤝🏽 Today I had the chance to reconnect with my friend Coach Scott Fox — a certified EFT practitioner supporting mental health and to meet a new friend, Brian, who I worked alongside at Ants Kitchen Hub.

🌐Grateful for these friendships and for everyone around the world who chooses to stand with Ukraine.
