Choreography week complete for Majesty and Tiny Tiaras! 👑✨

This week was extra special because we had the opportunity to welcome back a talented choreographer who was born and raised right here in Laredo. From once sharing the mat as athletes to now watching her pour her creativity, patience, and love into the next generation, it was truly a full-circle moment. 🤍

Thank you, @coachanyssa for creating routines that highlight our girls and for making this experience so special. We are incredibly proud of everything you have accomplished and the business you continue to build!

A few standout athletes were also gifted socks from her shop, @thecheercoachstore ✨ Thank you for showing our girls so much love and giving them another reason to feel celebrated!

The choreography is set, now it’s time for our queens to work and bring it to life! 💙👑

Hot take:
Most teams don’t struggle because of talent…
they struggle because their practices have no direction.

You can’t expect clean routines if your off-season was chaotic.

This packet fixes that!

If you’re ready to coach with intention instead of guessing every day…
this is for you.

Most cheer coaches plan practice week-to-week…
…but the best programs plan their entire season intentionally.

Here’s how to structure your season so your routine peaks at the right time 👇

Inside The Cheer Coach Store I’ve created tools to help with:
- Practice planning
- 8 count choreography
- Formation mapping
- Routine performance tracking

Designed to help coaches run smarter, more organized practices.

After almost 20 years in cheer, one thing I’ve learned is that most parents never see the full picture of how the sport operates.

Cheer is an incredible community and an amazing sport. But it’s also a huge industry, and understanding that helps families make smarter decisions for their athletes.

Parents:
what’s something you learned about cheer that surprised you? 👀

One of my favorite drills to build presence and performance confidence:
It’s called the Silent Performance Drill!

If they still look exciting to watch without sound, that means their:
• facials
• body language
• confidence
• eye contact

are doing the work📣

A lot of athletes rely on yelling to create energy… but true performers can command attention even in silence. This drill forces them to focus on how they look, not just what they say.

Try it at your next practice and watch the difference 👀

Save this for later & follow @rally.camps for more coaching drills 📣
