All day we coach.
We cue, spot, motivate, and grind through other people’s goals.
But when the clients leave, we train.
Iron sharpens iron, and the people at @thesanctuarygym sharpen each other every single day.
The camaraderie here is next to none.
We don’t just help others. We help our own.

Thank you @coacharthur52 for a massive delt pump.

Proverbs 27: 17 "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another"
Push each other to achieve, to be better, to be stronger and to build community.
If God has blessed you with breath in your lungs and beat in your heart, you can still climb 💪🏼
Keep going and never give up and if your brother falls short, then pick him up, dust him off and keep goin!
