Build the Bridge hosted a workout to bring young men together! Awesome experience. Great to see young men working together instead of tearing each other down. @royhalljr_ & @coach_freshington gave great insight to the young men! Shout at Coach Lundy of @cccironmenfootball for running the workout! Shout out Coach Powers of @brushfootball for hosting. Shout @coachbstep of @bene_football & @linden_stephens_ of @ghhsfootball for their help! @thelue_fb @shawcardinalfb @egoldie80 @dreknott

A huge thank you to Coach Kahari Hicks, the Build The Bridge movement, Coach Ricky Powers, and the entire Brush High School administration for hosting another outstanding event. Also, a special thank you to Ohio State Buckeye legends Roy Hall Jr., Doug Worthington, Thomas Matthews, and the Driven Foundation for investing in the next generation.

Today was truly inspiring. Young men from different schools came together—not as rivals, but as teammates—to compete, work hard, and build relationships through the game of football. It was a powerful reminder that football has the ability to unite people, create respect, and build lifelong bonds.

Coach Hicks and Coach Powers, thank you for your hospitality and for the vision you’ve created with Build The Bridge. Your commitment to developing these young men extends far beyond the football field, and it shows.

On a personal note, today meant even more because I had the opportunity to reconnect with my childhood friend and teammate, Roy Hall Jr. Roy’s accomplishments on the football field speak for themselves, but it’s the work he’s doing through the Driven Foundation that truly defines the man he is. His foundation has positively impacted thousands of kids and families throughout Central Ohio, and I’m incredibly proud to call him my friend.

To everyone who was a part of today—thank you. We all left better than we arrived, not just as football coaches and players, but as people.

Let’s keep stacking days like this. #BuildTheBridge #DrivenFoundation #Brotherhood #BElite #MenOfBenedictine Leadership FootballFamily United

Thank you to Mel Jones ‘88 for imparting words of wisdom and inspiration to the team this afternoon in his #HawkTalk ! Prior to Mel’s talk, the Hawks received a letter from Coach Henderson’s former Air Force unit and were entrusted with an American flag that holds special meaning to the unit—a tremendous honor! Thank you to the men and women—past and present—who have served our country! 🇺🇸🔴⚪️🏈
