Coach Rich returns for his third season after building a winning tradition with Hamp Elite. From a Final Four appearance at the Nike Jr. EYBL Opening to multiple championships, his teams have proven they can compete and win on the big stage.

Last season, his 15U squad made its mark as one of the top independent teams in the Midwest, earning respect through high-level competition and consistent success.

Now, Coach Rich takes the reins of our 17U program, bringing his championship experience, player-first mentality, and commitment to development to the next level.

Every opportunity to pour into the next generation is one I never take for granted. Shoutout to everyone involved in making it happen! Watching these young athletes grow, learn, and get better means more than words can express. I’m forever grateful for every opportunity to give back and make an impact
