Thank you so much everyone for attending the 2nd annual birthday bash cycle class! I truly appreciate my members supporting me throughout the years I have been teaching. If it wasn't for the members, I wouldn't be where I am today!

The member appreciation gifts are water snack bottles. The bottom unscrews for a snack!

As instructors, we need our members just as much as our members need us. My members have kept me accountable for my own health during this difficult and trying time in my life, so for that I truly thank you! Pictures will post soon, and I will return in August with fresh new cycle routines.

So excited about next year. I didn't realize that the general manager was helping me this morning while unloading the appreciation gifts he said I could have blacked out the room when the operation manager told me no I could not. General Manager said next year to let him know and operations will black out the room next year.

The DJ will do an international playlist! So we already have our theme next year! International represent your country!

I am truly grateful for my close friends that I have, and for the emotional support during this trying time.

Anyone who wants pictures send me a private Instagram or Facebook message, and when the pictures are ready I can send them.

Thank you everyone for being present today! See you in August when I return.

🗣 ADHESION BREAKER TIME 🗣
—
The names on the picture are not “technically” accurate, just what @ashleyshelor has appropriately renamed them. 🤣🤣
—
Adhesion breakers and scraping are a form of manual therapy known as instrument assisted soft-tissue mobilization (IASTM). We use them to move soft-tissues around during treatment. We are NOT trying to make you red or bruised when we treat. We see great benefits using light to moderate pressure. 👌👌 #scpfit #scraping

We are BLACK LADIES!............ We build🖤🖤🖤...We don’t tear down other BLACK LADIES........We have felt the pain of being torn down and we have decided we will be deliberate about building others! If I didn’t tag you please don’t be offended. I tried to pick people I thought would do this challenge!! All too often, instead of building each other up, with all the negativity going around , let’s do something positive!!!🌸Upload 1 picture of yourself, ONLY you. Then tag as many SISTERS to do the same. Let’s build ourselves up, instead of tearing ourselves down. 💗💗COPY AND PASTE💗💗

#throwback shoulder treatment with @coachcicely. This teres (shoulder) release usually elicits the same response from patients... ouch! A necessary evil as @drjosephurrea says. 😈😈 #scpfit #shoulders
