Husband

So can you believe it's the first time we are not preparing for a season after all these years it feels weird but it's still an exciting feeling

From building your own Juco, stop at the D2 level and then knocking out the goal of coaching on the D1 level you have impacted so many people and places!

This page has always been about highlighting you and wherever we were for that season. So I thought a memory lane reel would be the best way to close this chapter for now!

So proud of you I cheered then and I will be cheering for you in this new role as well!

Here's to embracing the new chapter and whatever that Next Play continues to bring

Love ya GM!

FRIDAY WALK CHALLENGE — I'M BACK! 🚶🏾‍♂️💪🏾❤️

Today was my first walk in over a month! After some health challenges and a short hospital stay, I'm slowly getting back to myself.

I worked out with my trainer today, and I'll be spending the next few weeks in physical therapy, rebuilding my strength and balance.

If this storm cooperates, I'm planning to attend my first meeting at the Kingdom Hall in over a month. 🙏🏾❤️

A nurse gave me some advice I'll never forget: "Don't wait for anyone. Have faith and go at it!"

Life has taught me that we can't always control what happens to us, but we can control how we respond. Some days we're strong, some days we struggle, and some days just getting up is a victory!

I'm learning to be patient with my body, trust the process, and leave the rest in Jehovah's hands.

This journey was never about how far or how fast we walk. It's about not giving up on ourselves.

We're not just walking… WE'RE WALKING FOR LIFE! 🚶🏾‍♂️❤️

Never give up.
The doctors gave my brother only a 15% chance of surviving surgery. Last night, he made it through. This morning, he was asking for food. 🙏
I told him, "Put it in Jehovah's hands." Now it's time to recover, be thankful, and keep believing.
No matter what the odds say, remember this: God has the final say. Keep your faith, keep fighting, and never give up. ❤️

Today, my prayers are with a close friend facing serious surgery. Yesterday, Dr. Jasmine reminded me that healing is a work in progress. We all want the quality of life we once had, but every small step forward matters. Stay positive, keep your faith, and never give up. Miracles often begin with hope. ❤️🙏

Today, I pushed even harder. 💪❤️ A close friend is having brain surgery tomorrow and asked me what helped me recover. He said watching my videos gave him hope because he remembered seeing me in the hospital.

That reminded me that you never know who's watching or who's being encouraged by your journey. So today, I climbed the steps, danced, lifted weights, and thanked Jehovah for another day.

Keep fighting. Keep believing. Never give up. 🙏🏾

I got married to basketball 🏀 at a young age... and I'm still in love. ❤️
This game paid for our education, gave me the opportunity to compete against some of the best, and taught me that hard work always pays off.
After everything I've been through, getting back on the court means more than basketball. It's proof that with faith, determination, and Jehovah, you can keep moving forward.
This week, I'm back! And yes... I'm still knocking down threes and giving my nephews problems! 😆
Oh... and Winnie just found out people can play with both hands! 😂🏀
Basketball isn't just a game... it's part of my life.

This video is about music, a passion that has blessed me for many years. I've been fortunate to experience things I only dreamed about, from platinum records to unforgettable moments in the industry.
But if this journey has taught me anything, it's this: never take life for granted. Appreciate your family and friends, because success means very little if you're not here to enjoy it with the people you love.
All my life I was told to put Jehovah first. I didn't always understand it, but life has a way of teaching us what really matters. Through the highs, the lows, and my health journey, I've learned that no award, no record, and no accomplishment compares to the peace and purpose I've found by serving Jehovah.
Today, I'm grateful to be working full-time for Jehovah and part-time for myself. That's the greatest blessing of all. ❤️🙏

The early bird catches the worm... and at 7:00 a.m. we were already getting it in! 🚶🏾‍♂️😎

The Friday Walk Challenge invaded today, and we knocked out a good 3 miles! I'm getting ready for my family reunion, so I can't let my cousins think they've got a chance of outrunning me. 😂
Now let me tell y'all about Winnie, the self-proclaimed "super writer." She has this thing about downtowns. I told her I was from Saginaw, Michigan, and she looked at me and said, "Does Sagnasty even have a downtown?" 😆🤣
I said, "Now Winnie... don't make me run you out these mountains!😂
But anyhow... back at the ranch! We're out here walking, listening to good music, laughing, and taking care of our health. That's what the Friday Walk Challenge is all about.
Who's joining us next Friday? Don't make me come looking for you! 👟😂

Sometimes we miss the simplest things in life. This might sound crazy, but I miss grabbing a shovel, a rake, or just spending the day working in the yard.
The good news is... I'm getting closer every day! 💪🏾
My cousin Sim told me he was inspired watching me walk. Now he's out there cutting grass, walking, and even challenged me to a game of basketball! 😂🤣 I guess my man still thinks he has that jumper... and the will to win! 🏀🏆
Slow down, cuz! I'm still on the comeback tour! 😆
In the meantime... back at the ranch... my poor shovel is sitting in the corner looking bored like, "Man, when we getting back to work?" 😂😂
Stay active, keep moving, and never underestimate how your journey can inspire someone else. 🚶🏾‍♂️❤️

Part 2: Hey friends, I made it! 🚶🏾‍♂️😆

I'm in Macon, GA, and I'm feeling so good today! Y'all are probably going to get several videos because I'm out here getting it in. 😂
Earlier, I shared a video from rehab one year ago. Today, look at Jehovah! 🙏🏾 From rehab to roaming the streets of Macon with friends.
And yes, I'm out here walking down I-75 South, home of Otis Redding... well, not on I-75 because I don't need to meet the Georgia State Patrol today! 🤣🚔
One year later, still walking, still smiling, still thankful. 💙🚶🏾‍♂️
