What if the man everyone counts on is quietly falling apart?

Men often hide pain behind strength, silence, and “I’m good.” Behind the smile may be pressure from fatherhood, relationships, work, money, and life—carried alone because no one asked.

That’s why I’m starting 5 MEN 1 MILE.

This isn’t about speed, fitness, or proving toughness.

It’s not really about the mile. It’s about the 5 men.

The mission is simple: raise awareness for men’s mental health, check on the men around us, and remind them they don’t have to face life alone.

👑 Choose and tag 5 men who matter to you and challenge them to complete the challenge.

🏃‍♂️ Run or walk 1 mile for them. Go at your own pace.

🎥 Post a photo or video from your mile, and tag @5men1mile.

⏰ If you’re tagged, complete your mile within 7 days.

🔁 Then choose 5 more men and keep the chain moving.

🚨 THE MOVEMENT STARTS NOW.

Today, I’m challenging my first 5 men.
@dyronlrolling @okd23_ @tyree.reed_ @ray_acosta13 @the_rook02
If I tag you, your steps are simple:

1. Choose a day within the next 7 days.
2. Run or walk 1 mile.
3. Post your mile and tag @5men1mile.
4. Share why you chose your 5 men.
5. Tag 5 men and challenge them to continue the movement.

If you haven’t been tagged, you don’t have to wait. Choose your 5 and start today.

Don’t just scroll past this.

CHOOSE YOUR 5. TAKE YOUR MILE. CHECK ON YOUR MEN. KEEP IT MOVING.

Sometimes a man just needs someone to ask, “How are you really doing?”

Sometimes he just needs to hear:

“I got you.”

5 MEN. 1 MILE.
ONE MESSAGE: YOU DON’T HAVE TO WALK ALONE. 👑

🏆 CHAMPIONS! 🏆

What a way to finish it! The 13U West Coast Federals White battled all weekend long and came away UNDEFEATED at 4-0, winning the NCTB September to Remember Tournament at Twin Creeks Sports Complex in Santa Clara, CA! ⚾️🔥

And the championship game… WOW! 😮‍💨

It came down to the 7th inning with two outs. The pressure was on, the energy was electric, and there was no quit in this group.

Then RJ stepped up to the plate and delivered a HUGE hit, driving in 2 runs and giving the Federals the walk-off victory! 💥🔥

WALK-OFF WIN! 🏆⚾️

The excitement, energy, and belief from this team never wavered. They battled, competed, picked each other up, and found a way to get it done when it mattered most.

So proud of this team and the way they fought ALL WEEKEND LONG. Great pitching, defense, hitting, baserunning, and most importantly — TEAMWORK!

4-0. TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS. 🏆

What an incredible weekend for this group. The future is bright! 💪⚾️

PROUD OF YOU BOYS! ❤️‍🔥

Richmond Little League needs our help. ⚾️❤️

Important equipment used to maintain their fields was recently stolen—equipment that helps keep the fields safe, playable, and ready for kids to enjoy the game.

This is where community matters. Let’s step up for Richmond Little League and help them replace what was taken. No contribution is too small. If we all chip in what we can, we can get them back on their feet and make sure the kids don’t have to pay the price for someone else’s actions.

Donate, share, and help spread the word. Let’s show them what community looks like.

🏆 PLEASE VOTE FOR RJ — YOUTH ATHLETE OF THE YEAR! ⚾️🇺🇸

Family and friends, we would truly appreciate your support in voting for my son RJ for Youth Athlete of the Year!

As his dad, I’m incredibly proud of the work he puts in — not only when people are watching, but especially behind the scenes. He works hard in school, trains hard to become a better athlete, and gives everything he has when he steps onto the baseball field.

But what makes us proudest has nothing to do with statistics or accomplishments. RJ is a great teammate, a loyal friend, and most importantly, a great person. ❤️

He is currently #11 in his group, and the first cut is Thursday, August 27 at 8 PM PDT, so EVERY VOTE matters! (Athlete of the Year)

🙏 You can cast a FREE vote, and we would be incredibly grateful for your support!
