I watch a lot of basketball. From middle school to the pros.

At every level, the game is physical. And the higher you go, the more it matters.

I tell our players all the time, the stronger you are, the more fun the game becomes.

Not being the strongest doesn’t matter, until it does.

And when it does, you feel it. Your skills don’t give you the same advantage anymore. You can’t stay in front. You can’t get through screens. You’re getting pressured and knocked off the ball.

That’s when you realize, skill alone isn’t enough.

You fix it by getting bigger, stronger, faster, and more explosive.

It changes everything. And at higher levels, it’s no longer optional.

If you’re serious about taking your game to the next level, we’ll show you exactly what you need.

Strong bounce-back weekend in Louisville, KY.
After back-to-back losses in Dallas, Yale and his team responded the right way against high-level national competition, including a Top-25 caliber program. As the primary point guard, Yale controlled pace and flow, finishing the weekend with 30 points and 20 assists, while shooting around 50% from three and consistently making winning plays for his teammates.

Proud of the poise, shot selection, and leadership he showed.
Looking forward to bringing that momentum back home to South Carolina this weekend for a big high school event in Myrtle Beach.

Grind Session | Dallas
78–63 WIN vs The Star Alliance (ITA) — our only win of the weekend.

Close losses in the others, but plenty to build on. Hit that mid-season wall, regrouping over Christmas and getting back to work.

Yale Davis (2026, 6’1” PG):
24 points | 6 assists | 3 rebounds | 2 steals
50% FG | Controlled tempo.
