The more we grow, the more I realize that not everyone needs the same thing. Some people love being in a big group. Some need a smaller setting with more attention. Some need a coach one-on-one. Some of our younger athletes need something completely different. But no matter how someone trains here, I want one thing to stay the same: They’re coached. I want our coaches to know their people. Know what they’re working toward. Pay attention to how they’re moving. Know when to push them, when to adjust, and when they just need someone in their corner. We’ve added more ways to train over the years, but I never want us to lose sight of that. The workout matters. But the coaching is what makes the difference. That’s what we’re continuing to build here. #crossfitellis #crossfitellisathletes #earnit #builtforthis

In season or off season, your athlete should still be developing. That’s exactly what we’re doing with our Youth Performance Small Groups. Coach Eddie is working with athletes in smaller groups so we can give them more individual coaching and build the things that carry over to ANY sport: Strength. Speed. Power. Movement. Confidence. In season? We can train around practices and games to keep them strong, moving well, and performing. Off season? That’s when we can really push development and build a stronger, faster athlete for next season. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all workout. Small groups allow Eddie to coach the athlete in front of him and adjust the training based on their age, ability, sport, and season. We currently have evenings and weekend availability, but we’re keeping these groups small. If you have an athlete who wants to get better, message me “YOUTH” and I’ll send you the available times and details. #crossfitellis #ellisedge #youthperformancetraining

Practice makes them better at their sport. Training builds a better athlete. With school and fall sports getting rolling, we’re opening a few spots for Youth Performance Training with Coach Eddie. The focus: Get stronger. Get faster. Move better. Build confidence. This isn’t meant to replace practice or skills training. It’s meant to complement it and help build a stronger, more capable athlete. After watching Eddie work with our youth program this summer, we’re excited to offer 1-on-1 and Small Group Performance Training throughout the school year. Interested? Send us “YOUTH” and we’ll get you the details. #crossfitellis #crossfitellisathletes #earnit #ellisedge #youthperformance

Not everyone needs the same type of coaching. Some people love the energy of a group. Others need more individual attention. Maybe you’re brand new to fitness and not quite ready to jump into a class. Maybe you’ve been training for a while, but you have a specific goal you want to attack. Maybe you need more accountability, more individual attention, or a program built specifically around you. Or maybe you have a young athlete who wants to get stronger, faster, more confident, and better prepared for their sport. That’s why we’re excited to officially welcome Coach Eddie to the CrossFit Ellis team! Eddie will specialize in: • 1-on-1 Personal Training • Small Group Training • Youth Performance We had the opportunity to watch Eddie work with our young athletes this summer, and it became pretty clear that what he brings fits where we want to go. This gives us another way to meet people where they are and provide the level of coaching they need. We’re opening Eddie’s schedule with a limited number of morning training spots. Interested in working with him? Send us “EDDIE” and we’ll help you figure out which option makes the most sense for your goals. #persoanltraining #smallgrouptraining #youthperformancetraining

This week we wrapped up our Youth Performance Camp, and we just want to say thank you to all of the parents who trusted us with your athletes this summer. Over the last six weeks, it was incredible to watch these kids improve their speed, strength, movement mechanics, and confidence. More importantly, they learned to compete, push themselves, and do hard things alongside their teammates. A huge shoutout to Coach E for the time, energy, and care he poured into every athlete. He challenged them, held them accountable, and helped them become better every single week. We’re proud of every athlete who showed up ready to work. This is just the beginning. We’ll be offering more Youth Performance sessions in the future, so if you’d like your child to continue developing their speed, strength, and athleticism, send us a message. We’d love to have them join us. 💪🏼 #ellisedge #ellisedgeathletes #youthperformancetraining #crossfitellis
