We won’t say our soap will improve your grappling (maybe it does 👀) but mat time definitely does.

We have 5 variations of handmade soap with active ingredients to target skin infection’s.

We also have a deodorising spray with antibacterial and anti-fungal properties with our “mother’s milk” so there’s no excuse to not be clean and ready.

Oh we also have cool rashguard sets too 👀

Stay grappling and check out our website for more info

The Royal Navy BJJ Team joined forces with Project Chrysalis this past week, in a Youth Engagement and Community Outreach plan across multiple combat gyms in and around Manchester.

The project gave an insight into a career in the Royal Navy and gave individuals access to ask questions to serving members. RNBJJ coaches then told their story, spoke about Naval Sport and delivered a BJJ seminar.

Rewarding week and an opportunity for the team of sailors and marines to represent service sport.

Last night I spent time with @hive_bjj @coachedbysi alongside @royalnavybjj conducting outreach. The northwest is one of the most deprived regions in our country. These engagements are priceless. #mindset #pjchrysalis #royalnavy #royalmarines #military

Serious heist @rollmodelsbjj with the boys today, plenty loot stashed. 💰

Best comp I’ve done in ages, well ran and refs were all top 🙏🏻

Picked up double gold 🥇🥇 plus a few subs with @coachedbysi and the lads dragging me through some wars.

But plenty to work on back at the Hive 🐝

Nearly 3 months since I first tried kickboxing… 🥊

What started as “let’s just give it a go” has very quickly turned into a new obsession 😂

So much to learn, but I’m loving seeing the difference in my confidence and technique already.

Massive thank you to @robbieprince_pt for all the patience, coaching, encouragement and laughs so far 🫶🏼

Safe to say… I’m not giving this one up anytime soon 👀🥊

Thanks to the incredible @lukehearnebrowndop for this amazing video 🫶🏼
