2026 Jr Pan Ams, one of the hardest and yet most rewarding weeks of my life. I am so incredibly proud of everything it took to get to this stage and my performance. I’ve learned a lot, grown a lot, and am so incredibly grateful for everyone who directly impacted my performance. Wanted to thank God, my family and friends, @coachedj, @fortified.strength, @usa_weightlifting, @pinnacleweightlifting, @hamptonmorris and @tripphomer, @thereadystate, @insideoutnutritionusa, Kevin, @thesammartin, @amitelor1 and everyone who has been supporting me along the way. The support, advice, meetings, hard conversations, and time you all have put in has made such a positive impact on not only my performance but also my life, and I am so thankful for you all.

Thank you for the INCREDIBLE photos and videos @rafael.p.photography!!

This meet has definitely made me need a little rest and soon we’ll be home getting ready for AO Finals in our backyard! I’m so excited to see everyone there 🙌🥳

2 Day Travel Vlog! Travel was kinda long but we made it. I’ve done 2 training sessions so far which has been really nice and also really sweaty in the heat/humidity!
