POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This is my coaching journey — and I wanted to share it with all of you. 💛

Football has been more than a game to me — it’s been a path, a passion, and a purpose. Every step, every lesson, every late night planning sessions and early mornings on the pitch has shaped who I am today as a coach.

It hasn’t always been straightforward, but every experience — big or small — has been part of the story. I’m not here because I’ve figured it all out. I’m here because I love helping players grow, learn, and fall in love with this beautiful game.

This journey is just as much about the players I work with as it is about me. Thank you to everyone who’s supported me along the way — here’s to many more chapters, plenty of learning, and lots of football ahead. ⚽️

🔥 Today’s Session Focus: Receiving & First Touch Excellence ⚽

Spent the session drilling different ways to receive the ball — and the #1 priority? That perfect touch out of the receive. 💯

It’s not just about controlling the ball… it’s about where you take it next. One good touch = beat a defender, open a passing lane, or set your whole attack in motion instantly.

✅ What we worked on:

• Receiving on the back foot / half-turn

• Taking one touch into space vs. keeping it close

• Receiving under pressure & shielding instantly

• Touch out → immediately play forward

The motto: Your first touch IS your first pass. 🎯

Small details = BIG difference. Love seeing the lads lock in on the fundamentals today! 🙌

🔥 DETAIL FIRST COACHING — TECHNICAL SESSIONS ARE HERE! 🔥

I’m officially launching my technical coaching sessions — built on one simple principle: Technical Detail. ⚽✨

✅ PASSING
• Precision & weight of pass
• Body shape & ankle lock
• Vision & scanning passing lanes
• Combination play & quick transitions

✅ RECEIVING
• First touch control under all conditions
• Open body shape to see the game
• Receiving under pressure
• Setting your next move before the ball arrives

✅ FINISHING
• Placement over pure power
• Timing & movement into the box
• Composure when it matters most
• Clean striking contact every time 📅 SESSION OPTIONS:

• 1:1 Sessions — fully personalised to your game
• Small Groups — technical work with competitive edge

Perfect for players wanting to refine their technique, build good habits, and play with confidence.

Brilliant week with the group! ⚽✨

Focused on technical refinement, decision-making, and confidence building — and today we got to see it all come together in the fixture. There’s no better feeling than watching players take what they’ve learned and express it on the pitch. That’s the beautiful game at its best. 🎯💪

A positive, productive week — well done to every player. 👏

⚽ THE ART OF 1v1 ATTACKING 💥

Fakes, Feints & Unbalancing Your Opponent 🎭 THE FEINT MECHANIC

✅ Step 1: Show one way — open your body, lean, look, and commit your weight to one side
✅ Step 2: Freeze the defender — they shift their weight to match you
✅ Step 3: Explode the opposite way — push off your outside foot, pull the ball across, and accelerate into the space
✅ Result: They’re left flat-footed, off-balance, and beaten ✅ 💡 KEY SECRET: The defender can only move as fast as they can shift their weight. If you make them commit theirs, you steal their momentum. 🔥 WHY IT WORKS

• Body language = your weapon → Eyes, hips, shoulders all lie

• Timing is everything → Feint just as they step in to tackle

• Small movements = big results → You don’t need big tricks — just a convincing lean

• Unbalanced defender = half a second advantage → That’s all you need ⏱️ “Speed gets you there, but feints get you past.” 💨
Show them left, go right. Make them commit, then exploit the space.
Master the body, master the 1v1.

“Your body is the decoy. The ball is the weapon. Make them choose the wrong direction, and you win.”

⚽ Great session out on the pitch with these two academy talents yesterday! 🙌

We worked on receiving skills—not just controlling the ball, but instantly locking onto what comes next. Whether it’s a sharp pass, a confident dribble, or a quick shot, every touch sets up the next move.

Big focus on opening the hips: this lets you see both the ball at your feet and your destination upfield, keeping vision wide and decisions sharp. Such a brilliant work rate from these two—bright futures ahead! 💪

⚽ HARRY KANE: STILL THE BEST NO.9 ON THE PLANET 🐐

His two goals vs D.R Congo were masterclasses in what makes a elite striker—no luck, just pure intelligence and ruthless technique.

First Goal: The Perfect Off-The-Ball Run
He ghosted right off the defender’s shoulder while their eyes were glued to the ball. The timing? Immaculate—arriving exactly when needed, giving the Congo defender zero split-seconds to recover, challenge, or cut out the pass. He didn’t just finish it—he created the chance before the ball even reached him.

Second Goal: Two Touches That Won It
It all started with that first touch: controlled, balanced, and instantly turned him toward goal. His second touch? Sliding into space inside the box—smart enough to know no defender would risk a reckless tackle there for fear of a penalty. Then the finish: he curved his run around the ball, opened his hips perfectly, and unleashed a thunderous strike high into the net. The keeper had absolutely no chance.

Movement, composure, decision-making, and lethal power—all in one performance.

Harry Kane: Undisputed best No.9 in the world. Period.

1-1 session working on First touch = everything 🎯⚽ Working closely with one of my academy players today on receiving the ball—not just stopping it, but placing it exactly where the next move starts.

✅ Key focus:

• Scan over your shoulder first 👀

• Open body shape for better vision

• Cushion, don’t block 🤲

• Touch into space, not under pressure

Small details = big difference in matches. Consistency > perfection.

The final whistle of the season is almost here. 🏁⚽️

It’s the time of year for reflection.
Did your team reach their potential?
Did they have a clear style of play?
Or did you spend the season “winging it” session-to-session? 🧐

If you want different results next year, you need a different Process. 📈

I’ve spent months developing the 12-Week Tactical Blueprint to help coaches like you “Level Up” for the new season. No more Friday night stress. No more disconnected drills.

This is your “Season in a Box”:
💎 Phase 1 (Retention): Build a team that dominates the ball.
⚡️ Phase 2 (Attacking): Master width, overlaps, and breaking lines.
🛡️ Phase 3 (Defending): The “Low Block” masterclass to become impossible to beat.

12 full 90-minute sessions. Professional Magnetic Board visuals. The Coach’s Script to make tactics click. 📑✨

The best coaches don’t wait until August to plan. They start building their identity today.

WEEK 10: THE DEFENSIVE CHAIN 🛡️🔗

Ever watched your team get ripped apart through the middle? It’s usually because the gaps between players are too big. 📉

In Week 10 of the 12-Week Tactical Blueprint, we use a genius conditioned game to fix this instantly.

📋 THE DRILL: “NO MIDDLE PASSES”

• Setup: Pitch split into 3 vertical channels.

• The Rule: If the opposition scores a goal THROUGH THE MIDDLE CHANNEL, it counts as DOUBLE.

• The Result: Your players have to close the gaps. They have to communicate. They have to protect the heart of the pitch and force the play wide. 🚫⚽️

🎯 COACHING POINTS COVERED:

✅ Communication to “close the gate”
✅ Maintaining 5-8 yards distance between players
✅ Pressuring the ball while covering space
✅ Protect the middle, force wide.

This session teaches your team to move as ONE UNIT. If one player moves, everyone moves. That is the definition of a solid defense. 🧱

This is just one of the 12 professional sessions ready to download.
