I am a big believer in that you never stop learning and you never stop growing. 🤍 As coaches, continuing to learn isn’t just about becoming better at what we do, it’s about finding better ways to understand, support and help the people who trust us with their health and movement. Today, the @eternally_strong team spent some time upskilling around the squat, looking deeper into movement, technique, individual differences and most importantly, how we can use that knowledge to better help our clients. A big thank you to @j.smith.culture for sharing your knowledge and challenging us to think a little deeper, and to @verdefitnessstudio for hosting us today. 🙌 Always learning. Always evolving. Always looking for ways to do better. Sammy 🤍
