I was honored to be interviewed about why our company supports Aspire, a job placement program that helps young adults in Cuyahoga County build their futures through employment.

RRCM, Ltd. is a janitorial and commercial cleaning company, but it’s also deeply personal. Our name represents my family:

* R – Rickey (my father)
* R – Rickeya (my twin sister)
* C – Cassandra (my mother)
* M – Monique (my sister)

When Allen invited me to join the program, I couldn’t say no.

I remember being 14 years old, riding my bike around with my friends looking for a job. I know what it’s like to want an opportunity and just need someone to give you a chance.

Today, I’m blessed to be in a position where I can help create those same opportunities for young people. If our company can help someone gain work experience, build confidence, and take the first step toward a successful career, then it’s worth it.

Sometimes, success isn’t measured by how many contracts you win—it’s measured by how many lives you impact.

Thank you, Allen and Aspire, for allowing RRCM, Ltd. to be part of something bigger than ourselves.
